Apartment ideally located between the sea and the shops. Everything is done on foot. Apartment with a soul. Good benefits and beautiful calm residence.

Compared to apartments we have rented in Albir before, this was somewhat run-down. Missing ceiling light in 2 rooms, defective coffee maker and no hair dryer as stated in the overview. Lots of noise from the unit to the heat pump at night and dilapidated

Fine: location swimming pool wifi terrace hot water beds air conditioning washing machine dishwasher. Bad: hygiene bathroom floors dirty as well as mirror cabinets, toilets, door and window frames, pantry. Everything certainly hasn't been cleaned properly
