The staff is superb and maintain the environment properly. Just the room furniture is so so but justify the price.

The positives :- staff were friendly, The water park was good Entertainment really good for children The Negatives:- Food was always just warm & repetitive choice, particularly on the dessert section Not much choice for children & was not refilled enough The rooms are in need of modernisation Not enough staff, had to queue regularly at the bar for over 15 minutes In inclement weather there is not enough room for seating to watch the Entertainment indoors

Estuvimos en este paraiso la temporada de Hallowen y el hotel estaba totalmente tematizado cada rincon sala hasta techos, la parte de animacion fue una pasada, nos sorprendieron con show chulisimo, las niñas se lo pasaron genial incluso hacia buen tiempo y pudimos aprovechar la zona acuatica, la comida en general estaba deliciosa, sobre todo las paellas. Y el personal fue muy amable. sin duda repetiremos.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en temporada de Halloween y todo fabuloso. El personal amable y el hotel tematizado para la ocasión, la animación de 10 unos artistas, el show de la noche del 31 fue un espectáculo muy bueno. La comida variada y las paellas muy buenas. Nos has gustado mucho la experiencia volveremos.

Estuvimos en la temporada Hallowen y no podemos estar más contentos. Al hotel no le faltaba detalle, cada rincón del hotel y cada zona estaban decoradas, las niñas se lo pasaron increible con la animación del Hotel, nos encontramos un show la noche hallowen alucinante digno de pagar entrada vamos!. El personal del hotel es maravilloso, atentos y cariñosos. Estuvimos en el parque acuatico hasta el ultimo dia, ya q estaba abierto y en esa zona hace muy buen clima . En general nuestra estancia allí fue una maravilla, repetiremos seguro en verano. Gracias Albir garden por hacernos pasar unos bonitos días de vacaciones.

Estancia inolvidable en familia! Desde la llegada hasta el final de la estancia ha sido espectacular!! Los animadores entretuvieron a nuestros hijos en todo momento, un 10 para todos! Y los espectáculos de Halloween fueron de cine! No podían haberlo hecho mejor! La Gastronomía fue variada y buenísima durante toda la semana! La limpieza del apartamento impecable, las limpiadoras muy atentas! Un 10 para recepción muy serviciales y amables! Repetiremos seguro!! 👏🏻👏🏻

The hotel is far from clean staff are rude and food is dry and over cooked also if ur kids eat dryed chicken nuggets all week then this hotel is for you. Was suppose to check out of rooms at 10am but they was kicking us out at 9.20am also entertaining kids does not mean dress up as monsters and chase them round the pool as my 4 year old wasn’t amused and is now suffering night terrors so thanks for that,expected more from jet 2 tbh as paid a lot of money for this holiday as 12 of us went also ants in the room but when reception was told they did nothing tbh they didn’t care

Hotel was lovely, room was spotless. Food was really nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Aqua park is great for all ages. The entertainment team was incredible keeping families entertained all day and night 5* for entertainment.
