Residence Inn la Mirada Buena Park

The staff was AMAZING and friendly at check in but our room was not the experience we normally have here. We did ask for another room and it was no problem they were very accommodating.

Moms need a Girl's Night Out once in a while, and a few of my friends and I decided we would make it happen at least once a month. This was our first time at this Residence Inn and we were not disappointed. We got the One Bedroom option so we could hang out in a living room / dining room, and for the ones who needed to go to bed earlier than the others, could go to the bedroom to sleep. It was perfect, clean, quiet and spacious. And with it having a full kitchen, we did potluck take-out style so we saved money on dinner. Margaritas, pizza, salad, wings and strawberries in the room in our jammies was the best Girls Night Out yet.

Room was clean, no complaints. The front desk put us in a room that was still doing construction on the roof for the 1st two hours of our stay. I’m not sure why we weren’t offered another room and had to wait out the noise

Older property, not a large staff, do not clean rooms daily, maintenance and updates severely needed in the rooms.

First I would like to say this property is very clean, safe and convenient to multiple points of interest. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I only give this property 2 stars because of the bed. We stay in the area at least one or twice a month at different hotels depending on price and distance to Disneyland. Out of all the dozens of hotels we have stayed at, this bed was honestly the worst! It was hard as if we were sleeping on cardboard, it was lumpy and lopsided. It was actually painful to lay in. We got no sleep at all. And you stay at hotels to sleep! Other than the bed, there was no waste basket in the room. But, whatever… that was ok since I had extra plastic bags with me. If the bed was better or at the very minimum, a king size, we would definitely give the hotel a5 star rating. But, because we paid $200 to sleep, and weren’t able to, I feel that we wasted our money and should have just drove home late at night. At least we would have gotten some sleep without pain.

My suite was clean and roomy. The staff was kind and helpful. The free breakfast had plenty of options and was very yummy. There was coffee in the lobby any time of day. As a bonus, there's an In-N-Out next door.

Great experience! They had the best breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel! Excellent customer service!

They are very friendly and that was a big plus! Our room was great but my parents got a room that Had bot been renovated and it was not great.
