As usual we had an amazing time . We love this hotel and it’s our go to every time. The staff , food and the beach are all amazing. We went for Christmas and what a lovely time we had . Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. We have booked to return.

Norovirus,sehr viele Gäste waren krank,und konnten ihre Zimmer nicht verlassen.Tauben die die Tische anfliegen beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse.Vergorene Säfte beim Frühstück,d.h. Lammfleisch ungeniessbar,riecht ekelhaft,nicht nach Lamm.All in Cocktails z.B. Pinacolada aus dem Container für 10 Euro,Abzocke.War früher mal gut.Seit letztem Jahr ,Absturz

Gute Küche, aber in den Jahren gekommenes Hotel. Zimmer relativ alt für 4 Sterne und Badezimmer mit Badewanne anstatt Dusche. Animation entspricht nicht dem Niveau eines 4 Sternen Hotels. Aufzüge sind zum Teil defekt und langsam. Personal ist allerdings freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Many thanks to the management and staff who did a fantastic job looking after us over Christmas 2024. All staff worked very hard to ensure we had a good time, the gala dinner was excellent, entertainers were different every evening and were also very good.

Beaucoup de choix pour les repas, belle qualité. Vue sur mer magnifique. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Malgré l'interdiction de réserver les transats, si vous y allez vers 8h30 la plupart sont déjà pris (dès 6h30 du matin et même le soir), puis vous n'y voyez personne pendant longtemps. Un homme avait même réservé 4 transats + 2 dans la rangée devant, et nous n'avons vu que 2 jeunes hommes faire de brèves apparitions. Dommage

We visit this hotel at least 3 times a year. Situated right on the beach the vista is fabulous. The staff at this hotel are second to none and regardless of their position they are never too busy to ensure you have everything you need. The food is very good with a wonderful choice at each meal. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable although a bit of updating of soft furnishings would be good.

Hôtel à 99 % de clientèle allemande et âgée, pas d'animations en journée, la petite scène pour la musique du soir (le + souvent chantée en allemand...) se trouve à l'extérieur où il fait très frais le soir en automne-hiver avec le peu de place occupées par des fumeurs, intox fumées garantie. En demi-pension, toutes les boissons sont payantes mais vous ne voyez aucun prix affiché. Vous devez signer chaque souche de boisson (sans vérification de la véracité de la chambre renseignée...) et vous recevez la note à payer le dernier jour. Les prix des vins sont excessifs. La cuisine est assez variée mais cela reste du buffet self-service avec les aléas d'hygiène correspondant. Il y a un restaurant dit de "cuisine fusion" avec service à table à réserver au préalable mais vite complet vu le peu de tables disponibles. En général, le service aux restaurants est professionnel et accueillant. Coffre fort et frigo mini-bar en sus. Internet en chambre instable ou lent. TV : France 24 et TV5 Parking gratuit
