Best Hotels near Parque Natural de Corralejo, La Oliva

The hotel is right on the beach and has a great location; the sanitation service is very good and everything is clean; the dining and entertainment are also great; the facilities need to be improved, such as the curtains are old and not smooth, and the room card is too big to fit in your pocket when you go out for a run. Convenient, the size of the TV is about the same as the monitor; the biggest problem is that only the lobby has Wi-Fi and there is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, which is very incomprehensible.

La cama era muy cómoda también. El hotel está cerca de todas las atracciones principales de la capital majorera. ¡Espero volver pronto! Check in very quick and easy, the gentleman that gave me the room key was very friendly, the room was clean and smelled amazing (with mini fridge and a fan inside - BE AWARE that the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning) and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is close to all of the main attractions the capital of the island has to offer. I hope to return soon!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we enjoyed it as much as the first time: the only slight disappoin**ent was the view from our balcony which was just overlooking waste land, unfortunately we couldn’t be moved as the hotel was busy; if I was to go again I would make sure to book a room that has a pool view

Just got back from a weeks stay AI and thought I’d share my honest review as before we went I read every review I could find. We are a family of 6 who booked this hotel 6 weeks in advance of travelling and it seemed the best option (2 separate rooms) I must start by saying we are not fussy at all, we just like to be somewhere clean with good food and surroundings. Check in: I think the lady who checked us in was new as it took a while and got very confusing, but we had just arrived on our holiday so we’re in good spirits and didn’t mind. We were shocked to discover that you had to book a time slot in the restaurant and that it had to stay the same for the entire trip, we like to just go when we are hungry so wasn’t a fan of this but again shrugged it off and moved on. Rooms: We had 2x pool view rooms (upper floor) which looked onto the quoted pool. We were on the end so also had a view of the main pool. Rooms were big and clean upon arrival however were poorly cleaned during our stay… the bottoms of our feet were always dirty after walking in the rooms, and rubbish left during the whole stay. We were not given fresh towels 3 days out of 7 and the days we were given fresh ones they had an awful smell to them. Pools: As mentioned above there are 2 pools, the main pool with music games and bar and the quieter pool which is just generally a bit more chill. Inflatables are allowed only in the main pool. Both pools are salt water pools. During our stay the sun-bed situation was SAVAGE!! We arrived to breakfast at 8:30 on our first morning and most of the sun-beds were taken, on the 2 pool days we had we had to get up at 7am to put towels down otherwise there’s no chance of us getting any beds until late afternoon. Food: The food they cooked tasted good but the options were terrible, there wasn’t much choice. One evening our children walked around the restaurant for 10 minutes saying there’s nothing they want to eat. We aren’t fussy eaters but we all struggled. The chocolate fountains were heavenly, it’s just a shame the profiteroles were still frozen in the middle. Nice choice of fruits, salad & sauces. The choices seemed all over the place for example nuggets at lunch but not at dinner & burgers at lunch but not at dinner. We ate out a couple of times. The ice creams at the snack bar were terrible and were in little yogurt pots. Nothing on cones. Drinks: Nice to see branded fizzy drinks. The juices were extremely sweet but we experienced the same at previous hotels, the kids loved them. We did question if the cocktails actually had alcohol in them! Staff: MOST of the staff were lovely, there were a couple of chefs who weren’t the friendliest but everyone else made an effort. We always made sure to say good morning, and thank you for clearing plates and that went down well. Location: If like us you like to explore then the surrounding area isn’t too bad.
