Five-star recommended hotel. Newly renovated, very comfortable bedding.
I had altitude sickness right after landing at the airport, and had to breathe oxygen at the airport. The hotel pick-up staff waited for me for a long time, helped me carry my backpack, helped me buy altitude sickness medicine at the pharmacy, and looked back from time to time on the way back to the hotel to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel, they helped me check in early for free, and provided oxygen for free. My bank card was swallowed when I was withdrawing cash from a nearby ATM. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk printed a small note in Spanish for me to explain the situation. It was so thoughtful.

The hotel is beautiful, with amazing amenities. We spent most of our stay in the pool, hot tub and sauna, and booked a couples massage as well which was terrific.

The hotel is incredible. It’s new, modern, the rooms are a delight, the facilities amazing and the staff really friendly. We opted for an early check in and this included breakfast and we used the pool/sauna and gym facilities which were great. We had an early transfer the next morning so the hotel made us a breakfast box to take with us which was a lovely touch. Couldn’t recommend the hotel more!
