It is a very authentic B&B. The room is also clean. The shampoo and shower gel is from an Italian brand. There is sufficient hot water supply to relieve fatigue. However, the mattress is a bit soft, but it is acceptable for one night's stay. Close doors and windows carefully, there are mosquitoes.

The room was amazing, very large, with new facilities, and the biggest surprise was the automatic sauna, which was absolutely amazing.
Located in the city center apartment, sitting on the balcony drinking coffee, the retro style is full.

We booked this place as it suited our requirements: pet-friendly, 3 bedroom room, central, modern and tidy, easy to get to with a car. Enrico has made sure we received all details prior to arrival. The communication was straight forward. We didn't mind that there was no actual reception. We actually liked that the apartment building gave us some insights in authentic Italian living.  We were confused that on hotel.com it is mentioned that parking is available. However, right in front of the apartment building, there is max. 2 hour parking available for 0.75 EUR per hour - after 8 pm parking is free of charge. Remember, blue lines indicate time limited parking, whereas white lines indicate an unlimited parking duration. Mentioning this information would help future guests navigate through the busy Italian traffic.  Upon arrival, we met the cleaner who was friendly and allowed us to check in 1 hour prior to the agreed check-in time. In order to keep this review short, our highlights are as follows: beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, hallway and room smelled divine, Nespresso coffee machine was provided, the elevator had a great Italian feel - in summary, overall the accommodation was immaculately cleaned, well looked after and highly modernised. Another suggestion we would make is to offer free coffee. We kinda expected the coffee to be free but then read the menu and realised we had to pay for the coffee after we have already drunk all of it.  We browsed a few reviews online and were shocked what people had to say as for us the accommodation was just great! We assume the place has not always provided great service. However, we were not able to identify any of the claims made by previous guests. Thank you. Keep up the good work. We happily book with you again. Arrivederci.

Avoid this hotel at all costs - actually avoid the whole company - I haven't even stayed there and I have had a terrible experience.  I booked online in February for a stay in August this year.  We then decided we weren't going to stay at Cinque Terra and stay somewhere else.  I never received any confirmation via email.  I tried to cancel online however as I didn't have a confirmation number I couldn't cancel it.  So that day I booked it in February I sent an email to the three different emails on their website asking to cancel the booking.  I never heard back.  I sent at least 8 messages via my email and their website contact form, also on facebook and instagram and I never heard a thing.  The first thing I heard was the day the payment was supposed to come out and they advised that my credit card was incorrect.   I replied to someone that I tried to cancel it numerous times and they said I had to cancel it online.  I said that I never got a confirmation so I couldn't cancel it online.   I also asked in my email I sent in February for a confirmation number to cancel it.  They called me a liar that I didn't receive the confirmation.  They then proceeded to send it through to me on the day that I was supposed to pay - when I then tried to cancel with the confirmation number it said that the booking didn't exist.  These people are a piece of work - I find it very funny that the only time they ever contacted me was the day the payment was due - I had two people talking to me chasing my money and yet I spent months and months trying to cancel my booking.   I just looked at my bank and they have taken out the money and when I look on their website they have opened up the dates I was supposed to be staying there.  So now they will have my money and someone elses.   I wish I had of looked at all the other terrible reviews before I dealt with this place - AVOID AVOID AVOID ....
