The best hotel I have ever lived in Italy. All the facilities are good and the view is grand.

Location is good. 8 mins walk from La Spezia centrale station. Easy reach to many food outlets. Hotel staff very helpful, friendly.

Located in the city center, the hotel has a nice reception and shared living space areas. The room are simple modern furnishings and clean. The staff is kind and help for all your need.

The room is about 2000 per night, a little dark, probably due to the decoration color, poor hygiene, and average breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in Cinque Terre to visit Cinque Terre, not recommended.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the shower water is very good, the water pressure is very strong, the breakfast is rich in variety, the train station is only a few minutes' walk away, and it is also very convenient to eat around. It is cost-effective and is one of the hotels that I feel very satisfied with during this trip.

The hotel is in a good location, with a small balcony where you can see the street view. The overall decoration is relatively new, clean and sanitary. There are fruit shops and small supermarkets around, and it is very close to the train station, within a ten-minute walk.

The hotel has a sense of design, the breakfast is okay, and there are many choices of cold cuts and drinks. If you have a lot of luggage, traveling to and from the train station can be a bit difficult. The surrounding environment is average. The spare parts are useful.

There is one parking lot inside the hotel and another 5 minutes drive next to the hotel. I couldn't find it in the end. After working for more than an hour, I decided to park on the side of the road. I have to pay a fee every two hours. I will arrive at 8pm. It's free at 8 a.m. Small SUVs are very unfriendly, or you have very good driving skills. I live in the United States and am used to large parking spaces, so I am a little anxious about parking in Italy. The two key cards didn't work well. After I went up with my luggage, I came back down to change the keys. The room is on the inside, very quiet, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel has a bit of a sense of design. It takes five or six minutes to walk to the train station.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, close to the train station, with convenient transportation, beautiful and clean, attentive service, rich breakfast, and the overall design of the hotel is full of sense. Highly recommended

Compared with hotels in the same price range, I feel like the breakfast is just average.
