Don’t be fooled by the exterior. The interior is great, nice, clean and good for the price that you pay. Located at the top of the hill, great sunrise and sunset view.

It seems to be a newish hotel. Think Travel lodge (if you're from uk) . It's a bit soul less, and the air con wasn't great in our room, it worked but the room was quite stuffy. The staff were fantastic and attentive and very welcoming. The roof top bar is a nice addition. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening as we thought breakfast was a bit lacklustre and the restaurant feels more like a cafe. The room was spotlessly clean and a good location to get the ferry (about a 10 min walk to ferry terminal down (a lot) of steps or down the windy hill (much easier!). Parking was ok there's a free car park outside the hotel, which is very busy but you can park on the street and move the car into a space later in the evening, which is what we did. Would stay here for the convenience but it lacks the charm of other hotels we have stayed in in Italy, it's nice and clean, and the staff couldn't be more friendly.

El hotel está bien para mi tipo de viaje. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, bonita, bien distribuida, con caja de seguridad, secador, contemporánea y con vista al Mar. El desayuno estuvo bien. La atención en recepción por parte de Alex y Jan muy buena. Lo malo es que los amenities tienen todos Fragancia de hombre. Esto me pareció terrible. Sería bueno que incluyeran crema corporal y acondicionador para el pelo. Ubicación: muy lejos de la estación del tren para ir a Cinque Terre, 25-30 minutos caminando: pero si vas acompañado te sale pedir un taxi por 10-13 euros. Si está cerca de Plaza Europa donde comienza toda la parte turística de restaurantes y paseo marino, a 7 minutos caminando. La vista espectacular

Struttura eccellente in tutti i servizi che offre, pulizia, cibo e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff! Una menzione speciale a Chiara e GianMaria per la loro disponibilità e cordialità. Ottima anche la colazione, che consente una vasta scelta di pietanze. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Air conditioner not working for some nights. Shower head required repair as valve broken for all 3 nights we stayed. Hotel didn t charge city tax to compensate but feel more compensation was warranted.

Hôtel qui m’a fait penser à des chambres d’hôpital, je ne me Suis pas sentie très à l’aise dans cette hôtel, malgré la propreté de la chambre Très très mal insonorisé, j’entendais parlé mes voisins de chambre. 9h45 plus grand chose au petit déjeuner
