老闆人很好，很熱情，會介紹不同的餐廳，也會問我有沒有什麼需要。房間也算乾淨，而且這裡有支裝水，熱水壺和茶包免費供應，我覺得挺好的。
比較大的缺點是這裡沒有wifi。

Séjour très agréable.
L'hôte m'a donné plein d'informations et conseils très utiles sur les choses à voir dans les alentours de La Spezia.
L'endroit est calme et bien placé, à seulement une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare et à 5 minutes du ferry pour cinque terre;

Very good hotel in La Spezia
Very well located, just a short walk to the waterfront or downtown. Room is a good size and extremely clean. The owner, Sergio, was very friendly and gave great tips about the city.

Klasse!
Meget sentralt i en innholdsrik og spennende by. Kort vei til restauranter og et godt utgangspunkt med tog til både byene i Cinque Terre og til Firenze og Pisa. Rommene var klasse. Rent og ryddig. Hyggelig vert.

The man who welcomed us was so nice and had the best recommendations to our stay in La Spezia and Cinque terre. Also the wonderful lady who comes in the morning was super and we felt very welcome as guests here. We will definently return!

Værten Sergio er sød og serviceminded. Han gav gode tips til at besøge byen. Værelserne var fine og rene og lå rigtig godt midt i byen.

Struttura comoda e centrale
Camera arredata con gusto. Abbiamo purtroppo avuto un problema con il bagno per un guasto tecnico ed abbiamo dovuto traslocare in altra struttura, in quanto la struttura era al completo. Il proprietario si è però prodigato per trovare una soluzione che rispondesse alle nostre esigenze ed ha rimborsato integralmente il prezzo del soggiorno. La posizione è centrale e comoda, per cui da consigliare assolutamente.
