The room is much bigger than we expected with great setting too. We loved this town and the room is very cozy.
3-5 minutes walk to train station. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

The hotel is in a perfect position, close to the station. The room is super cute, quite big, and comfortable. Beatrice is such a kind host, very easy communication with her. Super recommended. The apartment is a little bit noisy but not annoying

Definitely beyond all expectations. Ideal room for any type of tourism, extremely clean and with attention to detail. Excellent attention to individual requests. What makes this stay perfect is the location, 270 meters from the station which facilitates both those who want to use it as a starting point to go to the Cinque Terre (maximum 25 minutes by train to Monterosso) and for those who want to stay in La Spezia. Waking up in this living room, pampered by the view of the city, transports you inside the book "Room with a View" by E.M. Forster.

We stayed for a visit to Cinque Terre. The place is convenient because it is very close to the train station (5min walk). The rooms are clean and tidy - you may or may not like the taste of the furnishings, but that's secondary. The quality/price ratio is advisable. Breakfast not included but there are several bars in the area. Unfortunately the invoicing was long and cumbersome, but still managed in good faith and correctness. I would recommend the property to anyone who wants a comfortable base for a quick tour of the Cinque Terre, looking for a good quality/price ratio.
