Absolutely loved this property. Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights from the 19-07-24. The location is excellently positioned to the central train station and city Center. The accommodation is immaculate and is beautifully designed (you cannot be disappointed) There are some lovely personal touches provided by the owner. Throughout our stay we had a quick message off the proprietor to see if we were encountering and problems. She was on hand during checking to talk us through places of interest and how best to explore this beautiful part of Italy. We cannot wait to return with our family and only hope this accommodation is available. Thank you Keta for all your support on our fantastic visit to your lovely country. Quality accommodation, modern, clean and spacious. Short walk to the train station and nearby bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful management. A very comfortable week's stay. Note that there is no front desk and access must be arranged by phone or text message. Recommended.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023, and had a fantastic stay. As soon as we arrived in Italy, our host Keta was in constant communication with us and allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier due to having an early morning flight from Edinburgh. Our room was immaculate, and we loved sitting out in the terrace each evening before dinner. The room was cleaned everyday and was always in a spotless condition. The location near the train station was perfect for us as we were visiting the cinque terre, and it was also near via prione where there are many excellent bars and restaurants. Would gladly recommend staying here to anyone thinking of visiting La Spezia and the surrounding area. Thank you Keta!

Ideally located in La Spezia, excellent to hop on the train or ferry for a day trip to gorgeous Cinque Terre. Situated a walk away to the downtown area and restaurants. Rooms are very clean with a modern decor. Kera greeted us and gave us excellent advice on restaurants in La Spezia and restaurants in Manarola (one of the villages of Cinque Terre). During our 2 day stay Kera kept in touch with us making sure we had everything for our stay. Highly recommend !! Once again Grazie Mille Kera Canada 2023

Very convenient to the railway station. Very comfortable big bed. Very modern bathroom with nice towels. Attentive owner/manager. There's a fridge and kettle in the room and 2 bottles of water supplied. Breakfast was poor - biscuit type packet bread with a sachet of jam. Insulation was poor - we could hear very noisy neighbours in next room talking loudly.

Excellent I would say! Clean, new, beautiful and functional rooms, large spaces both in the bedroom and in the bathrooms. The super helpful owner solved a last minute problem for us in the evening with another b&b by making another of her apartments available to us, a beautiful one by the way. Thanks again and I recommend this b&b to everyone who goes to La Spezia!

Impeccable hospitality in a strategic position, a few steps from the train station (and from the convenient, secure, underground and fairly cheap parking) and from the city center with its pedestrian areas. Apartment located in a recently renovated turn-of-the-century building; the interior is modern and impeccable, as are the rooms, perfect, equipped with every comfort. This is a super location between the train station and the centre of la spezia. It is just minutes from each. It is a spotless room and really brightly lit. We had a balcony too which we used every morning for our nespresso coffee and juice. It is in the heart of a traditional Italian building and everyone was so friendly. We had booked a different accommodation which it turned out was not built when we arrived .. long story. We contacted Keta on what’sapp and Keta responded within minutes And was at the apartment to let us in in 20 minutes. She was a real life saver. She gave us advice for the next day and sent on recommendations for places to eat.. a super super host, the shower is brand news .. everything feels brand new . Highly recommend the property location and the host .
