Отличное место рядом со старым городом, до пляжа на машине 10 минут. Рекомендую также посетить velo kafe, очень вкусное место напротив гостиницы, столик лучше бронировать заранее

I was travelling alone and found this lovely place for a short while in Labin. I really appreciate this establishment.
Personnal very attentive, professional and at your service when needed.
Very clean and perfect breakfast in the morning.

Bella struttura in centro a Labin, con camere nuove, dallo stile moderno e pulito. La reception non è sempre aperta, bisogna chiamare al telefono per qualsiasi necessità. Essendo proprio nella piazzetta di Labin per parcheggiare vicino è tutto a pagamento e i posti sono limitati. Altrimenti il parcheggio dell'hotel è un po' distante. L'orario della colazione parte solamente dalle 8, non proprio prestissimo. Purtroppo la mattina hanno avuto dei problemi e la colazione non era disponibile prima delle 8.30 e non potendo aspettare non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Het hotelletje ligt pal in het centrum, wat goed is, maar wel ook aan het pleintje waar al het drukke verkeer langs moet. Het ontbijt was degelijk, zonder uitschieters. We lazen in andere recensies dat je de t****e koffie zou moeten betalen, maar dat is blijkbaar veranderd. Onze kamer was heel netjes, de bedden waren goed, maar wel eerder klein en laag plafond, wat beetje benepen gevoel gaf. Bij onze aankomst op zondag was men de cocktailbar op het gelijkvloers aan het poetsen. Toen we 's anderendaags aan het ontbijt kwamen, stond nog overal poetsmateriaal waar we haast moesten overheen stappen (stofzuiger, emmer vuil water, trekker en dweil,...). Het ontbijt vindt plaats in de ruimte die overdag als cocktailbar wordt gebruikt, echt gezellig vonden we die niet. Ook heel jammer dat het buitenterras achteraan (met zicht over de heuvels), noch het overdekt terras vooraan (onder de gewelven met zicht op het plein) gebruikt wordt voor het ontbijt. Wel goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel, located at the foot of the old town of Labin. We were there before tourist season kicked off as it was just opening. The staff were kind and attentive, the room was modern and luxuriously decorated and we had the fortune of having a breathtaking view over the valley toward the sea. The continental breakfast was simple, varied and filling enough to give us a good start to the day. We'd recommend staying in one of the eight rooms.
