The worst hotel I have ever been to. They have charged me €25 for a basic laundry, they have not cleaned my room in 4 days, the workers speak very badly and do not help you. I don't understand how people are so unpleasant. The only bad thing in Pakistan. I will never return with my group of 10 people.

Bad experience since the beginning! The front desk could not help me doing a simple phone call to be sure if a store was open or not. The room is DIRTIEST place I ever saw ( pictures attached). Few options for breakfast and nothing tasting ok. The little bar inside the hotel doesn’t have a freezer… so no cold options. Do you wanna a coke? I hope you like hot!

It is a very beautiful hotel. I liked it from the very moment our group entered it. We stayed here for 2 nights. It's really comfortable. The room was small but cozy.There were no problems with wi-fi and hot water as you may encounter in some other places. And also there were Netflix and Youtube access on TV. I liked to watch local Netflix choice for the guests. The only inconvenience for me was 1,5 hr of waiting for my dinner (room service). I don't know why it was so slow that evening, but after all the food was tasty.

I stayed here for 2 days exactly a year ago and same this time but this time noticed minor details, telling tales of staff loosing interest (or untrained) The Front office Guy didn't even know how to use the paid stamp on invoice, took 10 mins for Check In even after confirmation of room is ready by House Keeping. Currently very minor maintenance in rooms are required but can escalate in to disaster of Housekeeping and Engineering departments don't take care of it. Complimentary breakfast spread is very good but untrained and uninterested staff in the. Restaurant, shabby crockery, slow replenishment and even only one salt & pepper shakers are available for the whole restaurant. But to sum it up: It is still a very reasonable and good option in Lahore, instead of the above the staff are not rude . I would still stay here as secure environment for families.
