This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

We arrived in Orlando in the early morning, so we planned to book a cheap hotel to rest for the morning. The front desk was rather arrogant, but we didn't want to argue after flying overnight. As a result, we were given twin beds instead of the king-size bed we booked. But that didn't matter. The problem was that when we were going to take a shower, we found hair in the bathtub and black spots on the bath towel. The whole room was very old, the carpet was very dirty, and the toilet looked black and even peeled. What was gratifying was that the bed was quite comfortable. The staff in the lobby restaurant were very nice and enthusiastic. There were shuttles to various parks, and it was very close to Spring. There were no other advantages. I will not book this hotel again next time.

It's great value for money. The bus to the Disney parks is not crowded and you can get to each park in about 30 minutes. I heard that it takes an hour to get to the park at a value hotel directly managed by Disney, so it's a relaxed trip. They give you two bottles of water every day and two welcome drinks. The welcome drinks can also be exchanged for water or orange juice from the shop.
It takes less than three minutes to get from the lobby to your room, so it was really nice when you came home tired. I want to stay here again next time!
