Days Inn by Wyndham Lake City I-10

We checked in around 9pm. Checking in was pretty easy, but when we went to park our car, the parking area was not well lit, and there were alot of men hanging out in the parking area, made me nervous. Going into our room everything was ok. Our bathroom light didnt work, and the bed wasnt as comfortable as it looked. Overall stay was somewhat average.

Dirty shabby, noisy. No tp in room at checkin. Noisy guests. Load AC. Cheap awful breakfast. Creepy area Worst hotel in 50yrs of travel Initial room was 2nd floor. Asked for downstairs and price went from $119 to 136.

Friendly staff.. Stephanie was great fast at check in she was very helpful. Get to rooms was clean , beds new and comfortable. Outside entrance. House keep staff very professional. One house keep brought breakfast to a older lady on a tray. would highly recommend. pet fee $20.

This place needs a total revamp. From bedding, linens, new bathroom, and overall room update. Need to update breakfast options for travelers. Staff was nice, but place was not what we expected from a Wyndham. Better places we could of chose that would of been closer to freeway with cheaper rates and cleaner.

Terrible customer service. My husband went in to register and was told he could only do it online. The desk clerk was rude. He left immediately and we went to another hotel. That's too bad because we had good luck with Days Inn on our trip until then.

The place was a bit spartan, but clean. Friendly staff. Close to the interstate if that is important. The breakfast served was one of the chintziest I have ever encountered at a hotel. Hotel is good for a quick overnight stay, but not longer.
