I killed one spider a few silverfish and roaches in my bedroom during my two day stay. The toilet and bathtub weren’t cleaned

The first room they gave us was horrible, (room 232) everything was dirty, including the bathroom curtain that looks like it hasn't been cleaned for two months, it stank like hell, the towels were dirty, the toilet was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work. But the customer service was very good, the girl who was at the front desk, in fact it was her first night working alone, she treated us very well and looked for the best solution for us.

Will never go back!!!!
They wanted to charge us $50 extra to check in 2 hours early
They cleaned with Fabuloso cleaner, which I found out I am highly allergic to so I was sick our whole trip
The pool does not open until noon
People smoking on the staircase, right side of our room, which the AC was blowing inside our room
The Chain kept coming off the toilet so we had to fix it ourselves.

Floors were really dirty as well as shower curtains. For a low nightly cost, the hotel fit the bill and was what i expected outside of the floors. Those were just nasty and we all kept shoes on. Staff was very friendly.

We stopped overnight and it was very sketchy. People were hanging around outside amd we were tucked into a corner with no view of the parking lot. The ice machine was right outside and it was loud whenever anyone used it throughout the night. The interaction with staff at the counter was unremarkable. They didn't care whether we were there or not.
