The room was large but smelled stale like mildew or mold. The carpet was not very clean and had a ridge under the carpet like the floor was buckled or something like that. The blinds in this room did not work. Breakfast was a bag of not much. Had panhandlers in the parking lot approaching customers.

They were very friendly and accommodated my early check-in because of a wedding. they were doing improvements to the property but it did not interfere with my stay.

When I went to check in the lady at the desk had to do something in the back and when she came out my name was on the computer but she exited it out saying it hasn't even given me a room yet and proceeded to check in some guests that she knew. From there I went to the elevator at which point I found an empty bag of dope in the floor of the elevator. That empty bag of dope remained in the elevator for 2 days. When I went to take a shower the shower head was so clogged up that it trickled. Then at breakfast we were required to stand in line and sign in as if we were in prison. And the quality of the food was so bad there is no way someone's sneaking in there to eat. During my stay I stepped on a cockroach in the lobby outside of the elevator, that cockroach was cleaned up very quickly although that empty bag of dope remained in the elevator for 2 days. The last night of my stay when I parked my truck I parked next to someone who was either passed out or not it out at the steering wheel of his car with his car running. I wish I had known that it was choice hotels before I made the booking or I would not have booked it. Not to mention that it cost me $240 for a room that would that was advertised at $99.

The room was ok but it felt grimey. No hot breakfast. Sketchy area around the hotel. Tiny TV. Loud creaky beds. Ac/heat was building ran not controlled in room

Eu não gostei que a área do refeitório estava interditada para obras durante todos os 14 dias que estive hospedado no hotel. Uma sacola de café da manhã de saída era dada ao hospede que a pedisse em vez do café da manhã convencional, mas a sacola era muito limitada para uma refeição equilibradola e saudável.
O hotel estava com alguns equipamentos danificados/desativados.
A lavanderia era muito mal cuidada, apesar de ter equipamentos novos disponíveis para uso o pessoal do hotel deveria zelar mais pela área.
A academia parecia mais uma cela de prisão e só havia três esteiras espremidas lá dentro.
Sou contra o uso de carpetes por todos os lados em qualquer hotel. Não passa qualquer aspecto de limpeza e asseio. Os do hotel estão todos muito sujos e manchados e o hotel todo tem cheiro de sujeira por conta disso.
Apesar de estar bem localizado e ter uma piscina legal, mas cuja área estava bagunçada talvez por conta das reformas no refeitório, não voltaria enquanto essas problemas fossem 100% solucionados.

Property was nice. Room was nice. The people were great. It was probably SUPER nice in the 90s but it has aged. It was good for the price.
