The location of the motel is very good. There is a large lawn and a bar uphill, and below is the white sand beach and blue sea. It is beautiful to sit and watch the sunset over the sea. The room is a normal typical motel, so don't expect too much.

The room is very small, with 3 single beds and 1 double bed. It is very basic. The toilet is also small and basic, but the price for one night is not cheap. It is the worst hotel I stayed in during my 15 days in Australia. If we had known the room was like this, we would have gritted our teeth and driven back to Perth. When I open the balcony door in the evening, there will be a smell coming in. I don't know where the smell is.

The hotel is a motel type with average conditions, but there are not many choices in a small town. The location of the hotel is far away from the living area, but it is very convenient to go to attractions and very close to the desert.

Great spot to stay in Lancelin. Nice facilities, with a bar and restaurant attached. You can walk straight down to the beach, or go up, for spectacular ocean views. The rooms are comfortable, with the basic amenities. Pool available also, which I also found to be empty, when wanting to use. There is a bit of a walk to get to the town centre.
