Very convenient right next to the train station to HND or NRT and big shopping malls footstep from hotel.
However, the hygiene is really not up to standard. Found a lot of hairs on bathroom wall on the first night. And also the bed linen was also dirty and dusty.
The breakfast was even worse, with so little options and things were cold. If you have requirement on breakfast, I would suggest you not to buy the breakfast!

The staff's service was excellent and very friendly; they helped with every query. The dining area and kitchen at the entrance are very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and clean. I would have preferred to be able to control the air conditioning in my room, but it was a central system. They allowed us to store our luggage and belongings downstairs because we had many bags, which was very much appreciated, as was their service for receiving deliveries. I would repeat my stay here in the future because of these positive aspects.

Pros: The surrounding residential area is relatively quiet, and the room is spacious enough to fully open two 26-inch suitcases. Check-in was smooth, just entering the access codes for the building downstairs and the room door.
Cons: The frustrating part was that room 503, which we were assigned, had no curtains. Later, we realized the entire curtain track was missing and had been removed and placed in a separate compartment (without screws or a screwdriver). We called customer service to discuss this (knowing English was really important, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to explain it). The customer service initially said they'd send someone to check, but then said the maintenance worker wasn't available and would only come tomorrow. I was like, 'Are we supposed to sleep with all the neighbors watching?' I immediately asked if we could switch rooms, and eventually, we moved to room 602, which had curtains. The whole ordeal took over an hour. Sometimes I feel it's better to be cautious when choosing Airbnb-style accommodations in a foreign country; it can be quite troublesome when you really need help.

The hotel is contactless. Please be prepared to receive an email 24 hours before check-in, asking for your passport information, after which you will be given key information. The hotel is in a five-story building with no elevator.
There is a separate bathroom with a smart toilet. There is a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is no WiFi. You must take your trash to your room on the ground floor. There is no smoking area; you should move away from the residential area. The area is very pleasant and quiet, and close to the center! The metro is a 5-minute walk away. 7/11 is right across the street 😄

This hotel comes highly recommended! It's located right under the Tokyo Skytree and very close to the subway station, with a shopping mall directly across the street. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Both the service and the environment were excellent. The room was relatively spacious, and I could even open my 28-inch suitcase without a problem. Plus, I got to enjoy a beautiful sunset view!

I really liked that the beds were perpendicular to the aisle, it felt more secure. The mattress was thick and soft, so I slept very comfortably. There were many spacious restrooms, and the showers were like a public bath, where you sit down to wash, similar to an onsen. There was also a large, very hot communal pool, but I could only stay in for about a minute. If you unplug the desk lamp, you'll find an outlet for your charger; otherwise, there's only a slow USB charging port. However, the ladder was terrible – it was made of thin metal and hurt my feet terribly, especially after already walking so much. Climbing that ladder felt like torture! It was also quite difficult to climb, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone not agile or with long fingernails. There are no private rooms on the floor, just dozens of beds, so it was quite noisy at night with people snoring. There was also a constant loud banging from outside the building, I'm not sure what it was.

Some guest rooms and the elevator hall offer stunning views of Tokyo Skytree—ideal for soaking in the ever-changing cityscape throughout the day.

The location is fantastic! The Hanzomon Line entrance is right in B2 of the same building, offering a direct train to Shibuya without any transfers. The bus stops for both Haneda and Narita airports are just a short walk, a couple hundred meters away. While the Narita bus has infrequent service, you can easily take a direct train from JR Kinshicho station. It takes a bit longer but it's super convenient and hassle-free.
For shopping and entertainment, PARCO is right next door, along with a Toho cinema. Don Quijote is also within walking distance.
The room is just about big enough to open a 26-inch suitcase (though it will block the way). For a hotel in Tokyo at this price point, the room size is actually pretty decent.
Small bonuses: you can catch a glimpse of the Sky Tree from the window near the elevator, and a bit of Tokyo Tower from the room itself.
The only slight downside is that they don't offer free luggage storage until the afternoon.
Overall, it's highly recommended.
The N+HOTEL East Asakusa was recently opened in 2026, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Tokyo. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Sumida Park, Asakusa Hanayashiki and Kaminari-mon Gate. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.

I was in Japan for a business trip and spent a long time trying to decide on a hotel, couldn't make up my mind. Then a friend recommended this place, saying it was super good! I booked a room with a bit of skepticism, but it turned out to be absolutely worth it. Compared to hotels back home, it's not just a little bit better – it's fully equipped, spotless, clean everywhere, and the service is amazing. Seriously, every penny was well spent, and it really brightened my mood! Highly, highly, highly recommend it!!!

Great
KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day.
The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.
MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.
SSupattra(kung)The room is small, Japanese-style11 sqm i book conneting room, The location is very convenient, close to JR. There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping.
The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it.
The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.
AAnonymous UserEvery time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel, and the service is consistently great. My only recurring comment, which I've made before, is about the breakfast. It hasn't changed in years, not even the layout. I really hope the hotel can improve this and start offering eggs, whether boiled or fried.
GGuest UserThe location is great, the metro is maybe 1 min walk. By metro your only a few stops away from any big attractions. And after a long day in the city you can come back to enjoy the onsen. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was the someone in the capsule across from mine snored so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a typical budget option with nothing particularly memorable about the stay. Basic amenities were provided, but not well maintained — the soap and shampoo came in small sachets and were not consistently replenished. The pillow was quite small and overly soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
GGuest UserEasy 6-7min walk to Keisei-Ueno (Skyliner) station and Ueno station. Main and Annex blocks. Single room SUPER SMALL. Unable to fully open clam-shell suitcase on the floor. Have to place it on “foldable” table.
HUGE Pillar about 70cmx70cm occupies 1 corner of the room. Widest path between bed and wall about 80 cm.
GGuest UserThe stay was enjoyable. The person that cleaned the rooms was really friendly and helped us always out. Washing machine was perfect for us. The only complain I have is that under the bed it was really dirty.
