KOKO HOTEL Shinjuku Yotsuya
8.7 (860 reviews)

KOKO HOTEL Shinjuku Yotsuya ★★★★

📍 Yotsuya3 Chome-14-1, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo

"My stay at KoKo Hotel Shinjuku Yotsuya was excellent! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, allowing for efficient travel to Shinjuku and other parts of Tokyo. Downstairs, along the street, there are plenty of ramen shops, izakayas, and casual eateries, offering a wide variety of dining options for all three meals. A convenience store is also very close by, making it easy to get around and find food. It's definitely my top choice for a trip to Tokyo."

Tokyo Dome Hotel
9.2 (3,605 reviews)

Tokyo Dome Hotel ★★★★★

📍 1 Chome-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo

"Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, with a refrigerator in the room and a bathtub in the bathroom. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidied daily. Environment: The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious, much larger than typical hotels. Service: The service was great, with semi-self-service check-in and check-out."

HOTEL TAVINOS Asakusa

HOTEL TAVINOS Asakusa ★★★

📍 Asakusa 2-18-8, Taito Ward, Tokyo

"Great location. Clean hotel. Easy self check in & check out. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again."

Koko Hotel Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho
9.0 (1,116 reviews)

Koko Hotel Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho ★★★★

📍 2 Chome-30-4 Nihonbashihamacho, Chuo Ward, Tokyo

"Aside from the small room size, everything else was great. It was pretty quiet, about a 10-minute walk from Ningyocho subway station. The whole neighborhood is generally peaceful with fewer people. There's a local shrine nearby that's popular for people seeking good fortune. I didn't get the hotel breakfast, but it looked like a lot of people were eating it. You can pick up toiletries yourself in the lobby, and they're all DHC brand, so the hotel pays attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, though that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels."

Agora Place Tokyo Asakusa
8.7 (1,141 reviews)

Agora Place Tokyo Asakusa ★★★

📍 2 Chome-2-9 Kotobuki, Taito Ward, Tokyo

"Small bedroom. Not ideal for travelling with large baggage. Some items like water is not refilled everyday but they sell it for 100yen. They offer free coffee 24hrs. Amenities includes blower, heater, shower. Nice area with lot options for food choices, from convenience stores to local restuarants. 2-3mins walk to Tawaramachi station and 11mins to Asakusa St. with elevator access which can also be the station direct to Airport"

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
9.3 (7,460 reviews)

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 ★★★★

📍 2 Chome-7-1 Hanedakuko, Ota Ward, Tokyo

Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu
9.0 (1,027 reviews)

Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu ★★★★

📍 Chuo-ku Ginza 7-12-9, Chuo Ward, Tokyo

"The location is superb for shopping around Ginza and near to Donki, really enjoy the breakfast"

Shinjuku Washington Hotel
8.5 (6,365 reviews)

Shinjuku Washington Hotel ★★★★

📍 3 Chome-2-9 Nishi, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo

"Room service was good. Toilet was rather small, so showering space was quite cramped."

Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel
8.7 (3,948 reviews)

Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel ★★★★

📍 3 Chome-7-11 Ariake, Koto Ward, Tokyo

"Be aware that this room type is a Japanese/Western style room; if you're not comfortable with low platforms and no chairs, you might want to avoid it. The room is quite small, so opening a large suitcase isn't very convenient. However, for someone attending an exhibition at Big Sight alone, the location is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time on early morning subway commutes. There's a McDonald's on the first floor of the hotel (on the opposite side of the lobby), and a Family Mart convenience store across the street. The airport shuttle stops right outside. The front desk provides plenty of toiletries, but the toothbrushes aren't very comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The staff are very nice, which is a big plus, especially the cleaning staff – the local ladies provide excellent service. It's also very convenient for taking the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line."

KOKO HOTEL Shinjuku Yotsuya ★★★★
"The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, Burger King, and various izakayas, and it's also very close to the subway station. The room is spacious enough to open a suitcase, and the complimentary matcha in the lobby is delicious. From the hotel, you can navigate to Suga Shrine, and just a short walk further will lead you to the famous stairs where the protagonists of 'Your Name' met. The neighborhood along the way has a distinct Tokyo feel and is definitely worth exploring."

"Overall, the place is clean and the facilities are quite complete. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room comes with a fridge, kettle, and even an ice bucket. The hotel also has a laundry room and an ice machine. However, the bed wasn't very comfortable; I woke up many times during the night, though I'm not sure why."

Agora Place Tokyo Asakusa ★★★
"The photo review for standard semi double non smoking room > room too small, not comfortable for 2 person with the luggages, can only open 1 luggage at one time. the room might be suitable for 1 person only. Personally I do not recommend this room for long stay unless you are solo traveller. But other facilities & hotel location really good. Only 1 minute walk to Tawaramachi Station (ginza line)."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel ★★★★
"The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The location was excellent. Breakfast was good, with two options: a Japanese restaurant in the annex building, offering dishes like sukiyaki, and a Western restaurant on the 25th floor of the main building, which served steak. Both places had a variety of options, including sashimi and beef bowls. We booked a room with breakfast included, but our return flight was early in the morning, meaning we'd miss the hotel's breakfast service (the main building apparently starts at 6:30 AM, and the Japanese restaurant even later). We asked the front desk if we could cancel breakfast for that day, but they told us to contact the booking agent directly. It seemed like too much hassle, so we just let it go! The three of us lost over 300 yen. So, it's really important to check the times beforehand. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku subway and bus stations (which go to many destinations like Disneyland and outlet malls), and you can use the underground passage. It's also very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where you can go to the top floor for panoramic city views and watch the light show at night. Photo 1 shows the view from the main building's buffet restaurant. Photo 3 shows the view from the top floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Photo 2 is a light show at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building."
