The resort is in a good location in Kuah. It is quite near to Splash Out and you can just walk to the place if you planned to visit a water them park. There is sufficient parking space and not need to be paid. Our unit is quite spacious but the shower heads in our bathroom are not functioning well. Not much amenities offered.

Bella vista waterfront is good hotel for budget traveler. Location is good. Breakfast well standard. But main problem is old properties.

It's so scary. There are only cameras in the lobby and next to the elevator on the first floor, but there is no camera on the upper floors of the residence. There are also tenants who push the doors of other rooms. The hotel is not safe. The actual situation is completely different from the photos. The hygiene is very poor. There are stains and blood on the quilt. The double bed is two single beds spliced together.
