Staff are polite nature this is good for hotel and hospitality industry very nice property worth place to stay professional staff neat and clean rooms good management and staff coordination are good nice stay

Mr. Prashant, the hotel owner, made my stay quite pleasant. The room was sanitised and spotless. The food was delicious as well. He assisted me in scheduling and organising the tour. I was able to relax and enjoy my tour thanks to his advice.

Excellent Experience, very property is well located in the Heart of Lansdowne Army Cantonement Area and Main Lansdowne market like Sadar Bazar and Aalakhnanda Market is hand shaking distance. Hotel owner Mr Prashant is very helpful and his Mother also assisting him. All staff including front office and House keeping were very well behaved. Food quality is also good, they provide rooms with Buffet Breakfast and Buffet Dinner. Hotel Le Osh is also very neet and clean with Big rooms to accomodate upto family of 4. Advice to take Market facing Balcony . Car parking also there. All must see places is hardly 2km vicinity. Lastly located at about 5500 feet altitude, so slightly mire cooler then other lower altitude properties which are around 4000 to 4500 Altitude frim sea level. In nut shell No Regrets 2N/ 3 Days experience. Stays mid May 2023 with family.

LeOsh hotel has Great location and right at the market place yet peaceful. This is Negi family owned and managed hotel and  they personaly ensure all guests are met and super pampered. There nature is most helpful as we left one of our hand bag on checkout from hotel and were worried. We called back to the hotel and Mr Prashant Negi himself searched and found our bag and assured us that he will ensure that the bag is sent soon. So nice gesture and we had no words to thank the hotel for the same. We met his wife and mother during our stay and found them to be equally involved and ensured that the guests are well looked after and services are efficient. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Food quality was extreemly good and we rate this 10/10. The hotel environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Guest friendly personnel at all times were present at the reception. The manager for restaurant service is an amazing person and ensured efficient services during our our meals. You must try room service it is super efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable and family suite is just amazing which accommodate 4 to 6 family members and affordable for such a quality. The room was spacious and clean and their housekeeping services are effective. Bathrooms were super clean and with most modern and expensive fittings, amenities and vibrant floor tiles. They have nice roof top spacious terrace lounge on 4th floor and great live music during dinner time. The breakfast is served in restaurant. We recommend this hotel and will be back in next season. I visited in November 2021, and we booked this property on the spot because we couldn't find another good one. This one is near the mall road and a new property. We reserved a family room, and the food was delicious; it was the ideal Lansdowne hotel to stay at. Also, it's a new property
