This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

This hotel is the one I am most satisfied with during my more than ten days on the Northwest Grand Ring Road. The room has sufficient space and a very reasonable layout. There are two wash basins so that you can not disturb each other. In addition, the shower room and toilet are also separated by two doors. Went in, and the full-length mirror also had lights, which was very nice. Parking is also very convenient, and there is an elevator that can reach the lobby and rooms directly. The hotel is located on Lanzhou Old Street. The environment is very good. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lights are very beautiful when shopping at night. Our family is very happy. One thing that needs improvement is that the desk chair is too big and some people can't fit in it. You can change it to a smaller chair.

Parking is convenient. Navigate to the underground parking lot. There are directions. It is very convenient to park in Area F and go to the hotel. Just outside the door is the old street, the night view is beautiful, and there are many restaurants to eat. There is a time-honored ramen restaurant opposite in the morning. The only complaint I have is, how do you fill the kettle? The most important thing is that the beauty at the front desk is gentle and beautiful! T
