Old hotel , room was not clean, toilet was broken

Very good service

We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

It was my first time in Lanzhou and my first time staying at CP. I only stayed for one day but had a very good impression. The hotel service was very good and the details were perfect. Every staff member I met was very smiling and patient. Zhang Nan, who checked me in that afternoon, introduced the hotel floors to me, who was staying at CP in Lanzhou for the first time, and arranged a rest while waiting for the room after the early flight. When I checked out, the front desk also took the initiative to contact and ask, as well as Wei Liqiao, Qu Ying, Xu Wenhu, and Ma Wenhui at the front desk. The 29th floor lounge not only has good hardware maintenance, but also is not noisy and very quiet. The lounge staff Wang Qian, Su Shuhui, and Nan Yuqiao who I met that day all actively served the guests, solved the guests' needs, cleaned the tables in time, and saw the guests off at the door when they left the lounge. Even the cleaning lady on the 23rd floor this morning greeted me at the elevator entrance, and the service awareness was very strong. The breakfast at add is also well-organized, with a wide variety of dishes. During breakfast, the service staff introduced the dishes to the guests at the Lanzhou specialty food counter.

Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and hard work - full, sincere, and excessive work enthusiasm; as well as the restraint, steadfastness, and enthusiasm unique to the Northwest people, have made me, a foreigner who came to Gansu and Lanzhou for the first time, not only satisfied with my choice of hotel - but also recognized and affirmed Lanzhou, Gansu, and the Northwest people from the bottom of my heart! First time in Gansu, first time in Lanzhou. There are three reasons for choosing this hotel: First, because I like swimming, there is a swimming pool here; second, it is a hotel under IGH, so the quality and service must be good; third and most importantly, this Crowne Plaza guards the Yellow River - Ma River. Over the years, I have traveled to some places and stayed in some hotels. I have some understanding of various grades of hotels at home and abroad, and I have also invested in homestays in popular tourist areas in China. I like to dig deep and tell the truth. Usually, when this sentence comes out, it will definitely be unpleasant to hear: If I were to give an evaluation of hotels of the same star rating, grade and price, the score of the Crowne Plaza in Lanzhou might not be good. However, I still want to give it full marks! If nothing else, it is for the front desk and concierge of the hotel represented by the duty manager Li Lu, who are the young people on the front line. The room is very spacious and the view of the Yellow River is great. We like it very much as it is our first time here. The service of the front desk brother surnamed Chen is meticulous and thoughtful. The brother in the concierge department, the brother who delivers the food, and the sister in the housekeeping department (sorry I didn't remember their names) are all very kind and enthusiastic. Thank you very much for your company for two nights. I will choose Crowne Plaza again in the future.

The air conditioner in the room did not cool down. I did not feel any coolness when I adjusted it to 16 degrees. The whole room was stuffy in the hot weather, so I chose to sleep with the window open on the second night. There was no food or dining in the room, but I don’t know why there were mosquitoes on the 22nd floor. I kept hitting them in the second half of the night. I was also bitten all over my body. There were no problems with other services and location of the hotel. I have stayed there before. But the experience this time was really not very good.

Came to Lanzhou to meet friends and travel, it is a good value hotel, facilities: very complete, 🈶️ ironing machine, coffee powder, tea bags, etc. Hygiene: very clean and tidy, Environment: great, you can take a bird's eye view of the Yellow River at night, and you can see the whole view during the day, Service: very thoughtful, the housekeeper called to ask if there is anything that needs to be improved during my stay, a small suggestion is to put a hand sanitizer next to the sink, it would be better

Came to Lanzhou from Zhongwei for a short stay for one night, and caught the flight to Kashgar the next day. Because I brought my children, I chose a family hotel. The location of this hotel is very good. The view from the room is also very wide. The breakfast is very rich~ There is a beef noodle restaurant across the overpass opposite the hotel. It is very delicious (I still remember it). The service of the old hotel is good, and the hotel is well maintained. It is worth staying~

The hotel that my children were most satisfied with during the trip to Gannan. The service was good, with extra pillows and water. We stayed there for two nights. The robot can also deliver takeout to the floor. It is not far from the airport and surrounding attractions. You can see the night view.

The location is very good and convenient. The room is also quite large. The facilities are a bit old but still OK. We stayed overnight during transit. We arrived late and went to bed directly. The next day, there was a layer of dust visible on the table and other places in the room, probably because the area was dry or because the room was not cleaned properly.

The room is large, well-equipped, clean, and has a beautiful view. The Yellow River is beautiful outside the window. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the lobby is large, and the surrounding environment is elegant. It is very close to Chengguan District, which is very convenient. A few hundred meters away is Lanzhou's famous carbon water intersection, which is convenient for eating. The beef noodles and hand-grabbed noodles are good. The hotel breakfast is also great. The only drawback is that the front desk reception is busy and understaffed. There is basically no one to take the initiative to receive guests when they check in and check out at the front desk. Compared with other hotels, the front desk management is more chaotic.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is as comfortable as ever with a beautiful environment. There are many beef noodle shops and other snack bars around it. The hotel is next to the Convention and Exhibition Center and Marathon Park. I am very satisfied with it.
