The hotel was located in a residential area quite a long way from the city. That being said, it was very convenient to the railway station and the metro to get into the attractions. Plenty of shops and food options around. Overall a good hotel.

Excellent hotel with good service and facilities.
It is very near to Lanzhou West Rail Station, but slightly away from City area.
Hotel provided filtered coffee with boneau natural mineral water....
Recommended to all types of travellers.

Very modern, clean and functional hotel. Best advantage is that it is within walking distance to the Lanzhou West train station. Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

Wonderful hotel, excellent service and 5 star breakfast. The wifi was weak though.

The hotel has a beautiful modern looked style with very yummy coffee candies complimentary. It is very close to the high-speed train west station. The hotel receptionists are very helpful and friendly, especially, Yuan Qiao who can speak English.

Great location for the train station, lovely spacious room with a good bathroom. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice of both Chinese and western options. Overall very comfortable!

Modern, stylish, very elegant. Breakfast had amazing options, but unfortunately it was all very salty.

I like the hotel. It is situated not far from the railway station. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Location is walkable to Lanzhou West station.
There is KFC one block behind along with some Lanzhou pull noodles restaurants.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The amenities are very good. Love the bathrobes.

This is a new hotel, clean and spacious. Breakfast is not refilled so when you go there at 9;30, there is barely any food left.
Although the reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Be specific with your request. We booked a taxi to the airport but on the way we found out the taxi is picking up more people and adding 30 minutes to our journey.
