The check in process is fast and the services is considered good. The room is not worth the value that we pay.... Minimum amenities provided with no fridge and room cleanliness needs attention.

The room is quite comfy and cozy, 10 out of 10 recomended. Anna at the front desk is quite professional and welcoming as well.

Super easy to locate, very close to the airport. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything needed.

Hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is far from the city center. Stayed for one night for a short layover. Room was clean and new. Phone data connection the was very very weak in the area, although wifi was very good. Service was superb, as the front desk lady kindly arranged takeaway breakfast and suggested time to leave for the airport.

The location is so-so for me. I should have known it was far from the city but I didn’t do my homework. The hotel itself was the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful.

The front desk service was very good. I booked a small double bed room. Miss Eva saw that I was with my child and said that the room was not tight now, so she upgraded me to a premium double bed. The area is spacious, simple and well-lit. Thank you very much😊

The room was clean and tidy, the layout was reasonable, and the bedding was comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower head had a large water output and stable water temperature. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, from Western meals such as bread and eggs to Chinese delicacies such as fried dough sticks and rice porridge, as well as fresh fruits and various drinks to meet different tastes. The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it. It is very convenient to go to nearby commercial centers or office areas. In short, I strongly recommend Holiday Inn Express Lanzhou New District. I will choose here next time!
