This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allows me to enjoy a good sleep. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and attentive, which makes me feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast, a gym, and every detail from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed is impeccable. Especially the lady at the front desk, who patiently introduced the surrounding snacks, check-in routes, and transportation, was really meticulous and made me feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel!

I was very satisfied with this trip to Lanzhou. Longxin Hotel is very close to Zhongshan Bridge, the first bridge of the Yellow River. It is only a few minutes walk from Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and Zhengning Road Snack Street. There are shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. Let's talk about the hotel. Although the lobby is on the fifth floor, it is very large. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and considerate, polite, and served hot tea, which is very considerate. The room is super large and comfortable, the supplies are exquisite and complete, and the room cleaners are also very meticulous in cleaning. The restaurant has a rich breakfast, the food is delicious, and the waiters are well-trained. I will stay here next time and will recommend it to my friends.

The flight from Chengdu to Lanzhou happened to be delayed. The airports in both cities are far from the city. It was quite late when we arrived at the hotel, but the check-in staff were still very enthusiastic and the check-in procedure was very quick! The hotel room was very carefully decorated (I didn't take photos because I was too tired), but what really caught my attention was the hygiene details, just two words: clean! This is a blessing for me, who often travels for business but has a mild obsession with cleanliness! I left too hastily this time. I hope I can put down my work next time and go to Lanzhou to have a good time for a few days. I should still stay here!

An international level 5-star hotel with impeccable service. The bed was so soft and comfy, the large tub was perfect to soak in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view gorgeous! English is widely spoken and the staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful, and presentable. The gym and pool are also international 5-star hotel quality too. Just perfect!! So good, I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to fly out the next day, highly recommend!

Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

It is comfortable and there is no dead corner. This hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the railway station. It is the first choice for passengers. I will choose to stay here in the future. The naan and beef in the beef noodle shop next to the hotel are delicious!

這是一家新開的酒店，位置就在蘭大地鐵站出口對對面，離蘭州大學特別近。房間很乾凈，整潔，面積雖然不大，但整個環境顯得很緊湊。智能馬桶，前台小姐姐人美，温柔得體，服務態度很好，有早餐，味道不錯。有點鬱悶的是第一晚在攜程上預訂的雙人房，結果下午入住後發現就降了40多。不過後麪預訂了兩晚，價格就比第一晚便宜了。總之，挺不錯的一家酒店。
