The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. Because of the recent popularity of ”Lan Hatton” in Gansu, I came to Lan alone for the first time. As soon as I stepped into the hotel front desk, I drank the warmth sent by the duty manager, Manager Wei - the local hot winter fruit soup, which made me feel warm in a strange city. Then I met the front desk Yao Shuhui who warmly and sweetly checked me in. Because it was my first time in Lanzhou and I was unfamiliar with the place, I asked about the local food and the way to ”Lan Hatton”. The staff member Xu Wenhu patiently recommended food and location to me, and also gave me a map for guests provided by the hotel, and helped me enter the location on the navigation so that I could see it at a glance. You can see the Yellow River at a glance when you enter the room, and the night view at night is really great. I can also clearly feel the enthusiasm of the staff when I check out today. The concierge brothers are also enthusiastic to help with the luggage, which makes me feel very cordial! There are Gansu-style fruits as soon as you enter the hotel, and the ginkgo leaf decorations in the lobby feel very creative-”Silver for you”, three lives with apricots! I have time to prepare to come and experience it in summer!

First visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying ”Shanghai” prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't. The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open. HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

The room is relatively large, the waiter is very friendly, and you can share the swimming pool with Crowne Plaza Hotel. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of varieties. The milk is very thick. It's just that the snacks don't taste very good.

The traffic in Lanzhou can be complained about, too blocked! The hotel is very good, the parking lot is not big, there is a full-time security guard, there is a parking space early, but if you want to leave early the next day, it is best to communicate with the security guard, otherwise it is easy to be blocked by other cars, all are in the store, and the security guards may not find the owner to move the car. Hotel breakfast is very good and rich.

Advantages: 1. The room is very big. 2. I met the staff doing the cleaning, and confirmed that the linens were indeed changed for each guest! 3. It is very close to the shopping mall, food court, and airport. 4. The service is nice. Disadvantages: The lobby and the room are not non-smoking. P.S. The breakfast at 8:00 is quite rich and the taste is above average. There are specialty seed melon and yogurt! Ramen is also freshly made, but Lanzhou ramen almost does not contain beef, and the beef is only injured on the skin.

The location is very good, this area is quiet, it is very convenient to live here if you watch the performance in the Olympic Sports next to it. The service is very good, the health is not bad, the shower may have something to do with the water pressure, after all, the Hansgrohe used by the brand is not bad, the water flow is a bit small, all aspects are very good 👍

Hotel facilities are very new, the room is large, the bed is very soft, next to the Olympic Sports, 15 minutes drive from Lanzhou West, convenient for business trips, recommended stay, next time Lanzhou business trip will come again
