Travelocity website states check in is at 3:00. We got to the hotel a little after 3:00 and were told they were over booked and may not have the 2 bedroom suite available and if it is available we couldn’t get in before 4:00 because housekeeping was working on all the rooms. . I asked to speak to a manager who was not pleasant and had an attitude. She didn’t seem to care at all that we had an event to get to and that we had to get checked in so we could drop our stuff off and leave. I understand she was stressed out but she needs to handle the interactions with guests a little better. Wound up getting in our room just before 4:00. Hotel was decent enough except for the two six inch pieces of hair on the shower wall.

I STAYED WITH A FRIEND AT THE RESIDENCE INN AUGUST 10th-11th & FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING WELCOMING AND WARM. MY ROOM WAS OK BUT WHAT REALLY TURNED ME OFF WAS THE GM & AGM LEE & JASON. DURING BREAKFAST THEY WERE IN OUT OF THE KITCHEN TOUCHING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES ON AND JUST WAS COLD AND RUDE TO GUEST WHO WERE TRYING TO ASK THEM SOMETHING. THEY LEFT THE BREAKFAST FOOD OUT PAST 10:00am AND I WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A CUP AT 2pm AND THE TABLES WERE NASTY FOOD STILL OUT NOT PUT UP LIKE RIDICULOUS! HOW COULD YOU LEAVE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT SO UNORGANIZED AND NASTY. THEY WERE SITTING ACROSS THE STREET ON THE GROUND TALKING TO ANOTHER GUY ON THE SIDEWALK SITTING DOWN LIKE THEY DONT HAVE A JOB TO DO. YEA DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR ME.
