Stopped for one night. The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find, nothing is distinguished at all. Resepshchen is small. There are several floors, there are elevators. The hotel is next to the embankment. The room is large, with a small kitchen-room and a small balcony that looks right in the windows of the nearby hotel. A comfortable mattress. There is everything you need

Stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. I liked everything - the room is spacious, bright, the bed is comfortable, there is a table for work and a refrigerator. The location is top, close to both the sea and the center. Minus - very small bathroom, cramped

Good value. Rooms very clean and bright.we had a small balcony . Nice staff. Good breakfast. Swimming pool. Twenty minutes walk from centre.. Tv has a few international channels. Air con works .This is quite large on five floors of rooms .Has a restaurant

I was very pleased with staying there. I can't say one bad word about about the hotel. Very nice staff, nice place, beautiful swimming pool, good prices at the bar for refreshment, cozy outside area for eating. If somebody like me, likes cats, that would be perfect hotel for them as there are locally cared street cats close by in a green area, which keeps rats and bugs away.

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

Big enough to be able to give you all the services and facilities you want, small enough that you are not overcrowded by the number of guests. Valentinos was very helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. Fani on reception was also extremely helpful. The hotel is spotless throughout and the pool cleaned every night. Would recommend a sea view room, the view from the other side of the hotel is not great. Good variety at breakfast (the water melon was delicious). Rooms are modern, air conditioning works very well and a good size TV, although not much choice of English speaking channels, but we didn't go there to watch TV. Very good size double bed. Not the biggest bathroom and the area around the sink was not great, but not an issue. Only thing we did not like was how busy the pool got at weekends (we were there for two of them). The hotel is open to non residence for sunbed hire at weekends and it is extremely busy and very crowded. Worst is the disco which is very loud and plays from 11.00am till 4.00pm. Perhaps a good time to sit on the beach! I would recommend the Lebay, just be warned about the overcrowded pool area, specifically on Sundays.

My partner and I absolutely love this Hotel. From the moment you enter the reception, to taking your bags to your room, the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing breakfast that has nothing missing, the closeness of the pool bar, the beach, the amenities, everything. We enjoy staying here for business and for pleasure. It is an all-rounder Hotel that offers everything anyone can desire without the airs and graces of the local pompus Hotels. We will come time and time again because we are made to feel at home.

This is our 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, & I have rebooked for next year to stay here. Staff are very helpful & polite, It is very clean can't any faults. for us this hotel is very good location as we have family in Cyprus & not far from the airport. the only problem is the TV as I only had mange to get one channel to work & that is the BBC news, hopefully by next year when I come I get a better improved TV but its not the end of the world. (just like to watch some Greek soaps) who ever goes to Cyprus I find this is the hotel to stay at.

Great location in a calm, tranquil village about 30 minutes by bus from Larnaca. Short walk from the beach. Nice Mediterranean and Western breakfast, and restaurant available throughout the day and evening. Was kindly upgraded to a garden suite, so not sure what the main hotel rooms are like. Staff very polite and helpful Only issue was my booking was for one person, but included breakfast for two. Tried to get this changed by Trip.com and the hotel, but both parties put the responsibility on the other and the issue didn't get resolved
