El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.

No room service at all , that's too bad !!!!!! Not many towels Good product for shower ( shampoo, conditioner, etc ok) No heating in dining for breakfast, freezing !!! There is no swimming pool If you want to use a spa service you have to ask somebody from outside, there is no t one available in the hotel

The overall is acceptable, the price is relatively not high, the parking space fee for applying for parking spaces is a bit difficult, and the reserved phone cannot be reached. In the end, Trip.com customer service helped solve it, and Trip.com customer service was still very powerful.

Both for business trip and to meet Santiago is very spectacular, since it is in the business center and close to subtle and collective stations. The rooms are very good!! It has to cook and freezer. Very nice everything!!

Excellent option at just a few minutes from Sky Costanera. I stayed at the stay for a week in July 2024 and would recommend closed eyes services. The service is the high point of the Stay, all the staff are very educated and ready to help with anything, from the reception staff to the general service team. Although some furniture in the apartment were a little old, it was complete and ready for all our needs, and of the few things we need (flacon opener and dust aspirator) the reception was promptly provided. Breakfast served in another building (less than two minutes walk) is tired and contains several options for vegans and people with food restrictions. In addition, they request the previous day, they provide lunches to be taken to the tours that start early. The only improvement I would recommend for the team is the sending of clearer instructions on check in, which is made in another building. As we didn't know where to check in, we were walking with our morning bags in the complex team until we found the 24-hour reception

Solid little hotel relatively new. A couple things to keep in mind: - very nice service - speak English, but it will take some work - rooms are small - breakfast is very solid, well done and lots of options - location is OK, Santiago is very spread out
