Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’hotel situato a la Galletas. Location in ristrutturazione e non ancora del tutto completa. Stanze nuove e ben arredate, purtroppo la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Le stanze vengono pulite ogni 5 giorni e la pulizia è molto superficiale (solo cambio lenzuola e asciugamani) senza curare la pulizia della stanza e della cucina. Più volta è capitato invasione di formiche in stanza.Piscina spettacolare, davvero bellissima, ma i lettini molto scomodi. L’hotel non dispone di parcheggio e ristorante ancora in ristrutturazione come la metà della struttura.Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ci ritornerei con un pochino di accortenza in più. Quest’hotel ha molte potenzialità.

Struttura molto grande e in ristrutturazione, esperienza positiva. Camere nuove e ben attrezzate, spaziose. Noi abbiamo vissuto un appartamento della struttura in 2 ed eravamo veramente comodi. Pulizie passate anche a metà settimana nonostante fossimo in appartamento. Nonostante sia in ristrutturazione noi non siamo mai stati disturbati dai lavori. Dei servizi, oltre alla pulizia, non posso dire nulla perché non ho usufruito di nulla, però la piscina è molto suggestiva, che dà sul mare, da cui entrano le onde. Alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno. L'unica pecca che posso trovare nel mio appartamento è la mancanza di uno stendino per le cose bagnate, ma comunque nulla di grave. La struttura non ha parcheggio ma di fronte ad essa c'è un grande parcheggio pubblico in cui abbiamo sempre trovato posto. La posizione per noi non è stata un problema perché eravamo in macchina, forse se non si è automuniti è meglio informarsi bene prima, pero mi è sembrato di aver visto un paio di fermate del bus.

Здравствуйте я хотел рассказать про этот отель нам с семьёй этот отель очень понравился в тихом месте, очень классно.Мы взяли апартаменты и очень довольны. Тут бассейн сливается вместе с океаном.2 года назад мы были на Lost christianus, там очень жарко и очень много людей в этом месте не настолько много людей и чувствуешь себя комфортнее.Тут бассейн заполнен морской водой.Апартаменты очень чистый мы сами как бы готовили, но постельное бельё всё вот настолько чисто всё свеже. Мне очень понравилось.Единственная проблема, может быть это с парковками тут найти парковку очень трудно.А в общем, я советую этот отель. Я если когда-нибудь поеду, я может быть, ещё раз возьму этот отель, мне очень понравился.

0 star aparthotel, they did not provide us with any facilities, and everything was problems. Our apartment had an ant infestation that made us throw away almost 40 euros of food. The solution they offered us was to change rooms despite the accusations of the hotel manager insinuating that we wanted to get money. I don't know if the room they changed us to was worse because there were ants and cockroaches. I don't know which was worse. In general terms, it was awful.

Hemos alquilado 4 apartamentos en este hotel y la verdad es que me esperaba algo mejor según las fotos y la publicidad que hacen, sobretodo por los exteriores, no tiene restaurante ni zonas infantiles, todo rodeado de vallas y no existe un acceso a la cala que hay al lado, a la piscina solo fui un día y si me gustó, está muy bien con hamacas y sombrillas aunque aún con zonas en reforma, el wifi muy regular, lo de que no había aire acondicionado si lo sabíamos , pero eran imposible dormir con la ventana abierta por la cantidad de mosquitos que había, tuvimos que pagar por otro ventilador para el salón, si decir que los apartamentos estan muy bien, las camas y almohadas si son muy cómodas aunque la limpieza se podría mejorar, pero bueno en general nuestra estancia a sido buena, la ubicación está bien, un sitio tranquilo y muy cercano a los comercios, lo mismo en unos años si terminan las obras será un sitio muy bonito

Excellent, I would definitely stay here again!! Renovated hotel, with all the amenities, especially for spending several days. Close to everything and a very quiet area. When I return to Tenerife I would stay here again without hesitation!! The only thing to improve would be to leave some kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, etc.

The whole place is being redone after a fire took out the restaurant. The apartments that have been redone spacious comfy also cosy like being like Home. The pool is so lovely enough some beds for everyone . Also the lifeguards are amazing! The staff are good specially the one that's been there for years. But at the moment they are redoing it and will make it back to its normal self that used to be years ago. They have plans to have a restaurant's and things like that. There's lots of restaurants nearby the town.
