LIVVO Puerto de Mogán

Hotel Livvo is such a lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful and the hotel is so clean. Our room was beautiful over looking the sea. I particularly enjoyed swimming in the sea directly from the hotel. Also, we paid for sun loungers for the day where we to had Cava, fruit & coffee whilst looking out to incredible views. We would definitely return, thanks.

From the moment we arrived late at night to a welcoming smile and sandwiches and fruit this Hitel has given more and more. 5 stars to all the staff please, best organised and most pleasant people at a hotel we have experienced Cleanliness could not be bettered and room cleaning just off the scale. Food breakfast and evening ...slways hot and plentiful. Rooftop area lovely for people gazing and sunbathing Absolutely love, love, loved our time so Livvo a huge Thank You !!!!

We had a wonderful holiday at this Hotel. The resort of Puerto Mogan is beautiful and the hotel is in a enviable position. The rooms are spacious modern and very clean. The choice and quality of the meals in the restaurant was excellent. The pool area was fantastic having a good choice of sunbeds and direct access to the sea was an added attraction. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. The whole holiday was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel.

Don't want to praise this hotel too much because then everybody will want to go and we won't get booked !! Everything was perfect and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Food was buffet style and had a huge healthy variety. Bedrooms were immaculately clean. Pool area was kept tidy. Puerto de Mogan is surely the gem in Gran Canaria's crown!

I can’t find anything good to say about this place. I feel a review is necessary for anyone coming after us. Reception staff lovely and it’s all downhill from there. Rooms , spacious, comfortable and housekeeping good, if very dated and urgently requiring upgrade. The food is utterly abysmal! Cold plates , cold food, very sparse, poor choices. What is there is overcooked mush. Everything about the restaurant is the pitts! The place got steadily quieter by the day. Far too much frozen food and recycled leftovers. The salad bar was virtually untouched every sitting. Cheese board, 2 cheeses and one cracker. I could go on and on. Waiting staff disinterested, never once asked about the meal or questioned why food was not eaten. There’s an abundance of great restaurants on the doorstep so DONT go half board. The rooftop bar? More fun at the job centre. Dire Dire Dire. Oh! and the house wine is piss!

Currently staying in this fabulous hotel. On arrival after 10pm we were welcomed by a lovely lady on Reception. We were booked in quickly and as we missed our first meal we were offered a cold buffet due to a late arrival. Our room is first floor Harbour facing with a small balcony, but adequate to sit & take in the lovely atmosphere of Mogan. Well decorated room, large bed, plenty of storage and spotlessly clean. Complimentary soft drinks in mini fridge, water & tea/coffee making facilities. Walk in shower & good size bathroom with good quality hair dryer & top quality shower gel, soap, shampoo & conditioner. High standard cleaning staff clean the rooms daily. Fold down service in the evening with a chocolate sweet is a lovely touch. There is an abundance of sun beds both by the pool & on the roof top terrace, with a bar service in both. Roof bar is available from 11am till 11pm. The restaurant is small but so well organised with so many wonderful food choices, all food cooked & presented beautifully. Fresh cooking service for steak, fish, omelette......but I truly believe that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all so attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You cannot please everybody, but this hotel has it all including a lovely atmosphere.

Just returned from our 7th visit to the Livvo hotel Puerto Mogán and it never disappoints we could not fault the hotel they have a fantastic team all the staff are genuinely so friendly and cannot do enough to make your holiday an experience you will not forget. I read one review saying there wasn’t enough choice with food I utterly dispute this as you had vast array of different foods it was hard what to choose what to have and all the food was delicious. We have travelled a lot over the years but have never found such a well run hotel with the best staff all of them we have ever come across in the most picturesque place you could wish for with its marina surrounded by many restaurants. Everyone we spoke to said they are definitely coming back as they too have fell in love with the hotel and the location as we did why we have booked our 8th visit FIRST CLASS

Just had the most fantastic week here. We stayed in the self catering apartments, 178. The apartment was absolutely spotless and was extremely well equipped for a self catering apartment. The entire staff from reception to cleaners were so friendly. The whole area was very clean. Would highly recommend and we will be back. If you're looking for a very relaxing holiday, this is perfect. Thank you for a peaceful perfect holiday
