Limpieza un 10..un trato espectacular por parte del equipo del hotel... te hacen sentir cómo en casa...volvería sin duda...y LO recomendaría también. Cerca de la playa y la montaña. la ubicación espectacular pues andando llegas a muchos sitios de la capital.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location. The staff is wonderful. There’s tons to do. The beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. Totally recommend.

Vælg et superieur værelse med altan og du får den skønneste udsigt med i købet. Og hvis man accepterer at springe rengøringen over en dag får du oven i købet en drink i baren.

La verdad es que me encuentro como en mi propia casa. Conozco a las personas que me atienden por sus nombres y ellos a mi también. La amabilidad y el buen hacer las cosas es una des sus características. La comida es sabrosa y abundante. Voy todos los años en Agosto desde 2018.

Siendo clienta habitual, me han dado una habitación, con vistas al salón del vecino de enfrente y oscura, cuando solicito el cambio me cobran suplemento el cual abono (+de 80€) y cuál es mi sorpresa, la nueva habitación les pedí 3 veces limpiarla, sábanas rotas, suciedad en el baño de meses no de unos días, me dicen de cambiarme de nuevo y solo pido limpieza ya que voy por trabajo y necesito descansar. Me comentan que no hay personal de limpieza y que por eso está sucia ha subido la recepcionista a la habitación porque no me creía. Me pide disculpas y reitera el cambio. Mi sorpresa! me dan dos mini dulces como detalle, increíble pero cierto. Ya no están a la altura de lo que han sido y me gustaba el hotel por las vistas que tiene, pero no vale el precio que abone.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand an der Promenade. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten einen fantastischen Überblick. Trotz zentraler Lage in Las Palmas ist es nachts erholsam ruhig. Das Hotel wird auch häufig vom Personal der Airlines zur Übernachtung genutzt. Der Service in jeder Hinsicht zuverlässig freundlich, hilfsbereit und effizient. Nette Leute, gute Erfahrung rundherum. Es gibt zwar keinen Swimming pool und Sauna, aber die Entfernung zum Badestrand beträgt kaum mehr als 50 Meter. Die Küche hat keine unüberschaubare Anzahl von Gästen zu versorgen, daher werden gern auch individuelle Wünsche aufgenommen. Der Chefkoch bemühte sich persönlich um Anfragen für vegetarische Gerichte. Bemerkenswert für den Strand: Die Promenade wird täglich gereinigt, auch der Strand wird im Abstand weniger Tage neu planiert. Rundherum gibt es sowohl für den touristischen Bedarf als auch was das sonstige städtische Leben betrifft jede Menge Möglichkeiten für Shopping.
