Safe location close to bus terminal and restaurants. Lovely seaview and houseview, has gym and swimming pool, clean and friendly staff, no need to worry about anything when you stay here. Happy experience.

What a wonderful hotel, with the nicest staff. The breakfast is delicious and very healthy. The spa is excelent, with an only adults pool. Views are stunning and the hotel is just a few steps away from beachThe busy road as it's centre so overcrowded

The best features of the hotel are the friendly staff (all are great without exception) and the direct access to the main road to airport which is about 15-20 minutes away. But there it ends. The hotel was grossly overpriced, the WiFi in my room so bad it cut in and out, I had to use mobile data, the bathroom floor was being pushed up by water from shower, the shower tray was cheap plastic and very slippy. The breakfast was very average and the least appealing of the three hotels I stayed in that week. The hotel lacked atmosphere, the dining room and foyer had terrible acoustics - high ceilings hard surfaces everywhere just a few people created a lot of noise. The hotel building was shoehorned into a tight space between other buildings such as a school and other commercial units. It is basically a tower block with a pool and gym on the roof next to the main road. Would I return? It’s average with only the great staff getting it up to 3 star rating, so only if there were no better options available.

Fantastic service provided by Izabel at reception and Melanie and Erika at breakfast. All of them were consistently amazing every single day and definitely made our stay memorable. The rooftop pool is just a bonus. Recommended because of the amazing service.

what a truly poor hotel - this hotel needs a full refurbishment. its tired and the rooms are so very very poor. the staff are disinterested and rude when you complain and they think the rooms are acceptable. it is a disgrace. wifi doesn't work. I was on floor 6 and at no point could I use the wifi. the chair is the room was a disgrace image attached. the bench in the room oh dear video attached of it being dangerous. a hair dryer in the bathroom with a plug this is against all health and safety and dangerous. A broken toilet seat AND dirty bathrooms floor. the bath was fitted the wrong way round so you could not take a bath as the taps would stick in your back and the plug at the other end. it was weird but fitted wrong. walls paper thin. constantly woken up by banging doors and the water pipes from next doors bathroom. breakfast was like a motorway awful jam packed and never any food left at 9.30am pool area is dangerous with raised wooden floor planks that will cause somebody a serious injury, 12 sun benches for an entire pool area inadequate always taken and no towels on every occasion we tried to use the pool area. frankly this hotel is a massive let down. reception staff rude. they did not resolve my issues or offer me any sort of discount., I would have left the hotel and gone elsewhere but to new years it was fully booked everywhere. Avoid this dreadful hotel.

*Breakfast* was very basic, I hardly could find anything to eat there. It completely does not reflect the cost of it. For the same money, you could eat very well outside. *Swimming pool* - was written that it is indoors, but in the reality, it is on the roof and was closed. *Rooms* (I booked one room and my friend booked another room) are very basic, not what you would expect from a 4* hotel, bathrooms have mould and the shower hose is broken (but not to the level that it does not work - it just looks scary, probably that's why they are not bothered to renovate it) - by the time I got that room, we already changed the room once as previous was claustrophobic, they said it is the best they have, so there was not much to change for (avoid rooms which are at the end of the corridors - they are claustrophobic). Awful view for the rooms which are not sea view - schoolyard, avoid it! I booked this hotel just because it has a swimming pool indoors, which was not the correct information, if I knew it was not there, would not have booked it. *Internet* constantly was stopping working - they provided 2 different wifi and both were not working properly, complaints to reception did not change anything. *The location* was good - walk distance from the old town, available parking (definitely get a car), good location close to the motorway. *The gym* is small, but nice and with a lovely sea view.
