The hotel is amazing 😍, 1 minute walk from the beach ⛱️, staff are cleaning everyday. Everything in a small walk-in distance. Will definitely book again.

The air conditioner was noisy and didn't blow out any cold air, so I slept all night sweating. The next day, I slept with the window open, but I stayed up most of the night due to the noise.

I liked it a lot and we will return for sure, the rooms are comfortable

Just spent 4 nights at hotel Concorde. It was great, rooms spacious comfortable and clean. breakfasts were good plenty of choice, location good, pool on 7th floor was a bonus. bar area good and reasonably priced. would definitely stay again.

The 2* was just for the fantastic location and the bar man!. Didn’t spend much time in the room as it felt like I was in prison. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t till I realised it was unplugged, WiFi terrible and curtains didn’t shut. Maintenance did sort the tv on the 2nd ask but unless you want a prison like experience do not go! There is a nice looking hotel along road called the Alexandra maybe?! Try there! Staff were good tho, especially the lovely bar man!

Hotel location is great, being 1 minute from the famous beach, Playa de Las Canteras. Accommodation is acceptable. It's about 3-star Ireland/UK standard. Staff are very nice. However, regretably, we booked half-board and found the food provided was absolutely appalling. eg. Rabbit Stew, Goat Stew, other stew, pork chops .... From the 3rd evening onward we ate outside the hotel. Breakfast wasn't much better..

Decent enough hotel however there are a few things that need to be changed as it is definitely not a 4 star. The swimming pool is not clean and needs to be properly maintained as birds use it for bathing and the roof top needs to be washed properly as there is bird poo where you need to walk. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly and only blew about the already hot air in the room. The mini bar fridge doesn’t work properly, anything in it is warm. The safe didn’t work so we weren’t able to put any valuables in it. It was not explained to us on arrival that sheets and towels would only be changed on request, this needs to be explained to guests on arrival if this is to be the case. The hotel is also very noisy and echoey. You can hear conversations from one end of the corridor to another and doors closing early in the morning are very loud, not great for sleeping past the beginning of the breakfast period at 7AM! Noise is also a problem if you have people above you, the constant shifting of furniture from the floor above was very irritating. Overall we had a decent stay in the hotel but these issues should be rectified as to say this is a 4 star hotel is misleading.

The Hotel Concorde staff were welcoming and is located less than one minute from the beach, However, the hotel pictures did not reflect the experience, rooms were very basic and tired, air con output was poor, and you struggled to get a programme on the television when you wanted to chill. There was no means of tea or coffee in the rooms. We were half board, and the food was appalling, so we ate out, adding to cost.

Situated next to Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas this hotel was a perfect choice and one of the reasons for giving it 4stars. The hotel is being upgraded at the moment but we were unaffected by the work being done. As well as close access to the wonderful beach this hotel has a fabulous rooftop pool overlooking the ocean. The only downside is that the streets around the hotel can be a bit noisy early morning and late at night, but having a beautiful city on your doorstep to explore makes up for it. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely and my friends and I hope to return in the future.

Excellent hotel, not far from the beach/bars and restaurants, very clean and tidy maids came in every day even though it was only a 3 night stay, they weren't put off with it being 10 women, breakfast was at a good standard every you could want, lush sun-trap roof top pool, with a set up bar each afternoon, can not fault this hotel

The hotel is very well situated for the beach ,2minutes away ,lots of restaurants and excellent swimming . A bus ,No1 which goes into a bus station 5 minutes away from the old town is right outside the front door .Pay on the bus with credit or debit card . A 10 minute away from Puerto Mercado which is a market with many tapas cafes . Lots of restaurants and outdoor cafe/ tapas bars nearby . A large bus station which has buses going all over the island is about 10 minutes easy walk away . The rooms here are fairly basic ,a good bathroom and shower .We had two double beds side by side,very comfortable.A small fridge with inexpensive drinks . A television which was mostly Spanish with Sky ,BBC and French news . Breakfasts could have been very good if the eggs ,bacon etc.were kept hot , free “fizz” and good coffee machines .The fruit drinks were good .A decent selection of cheeses,cold meat ,bread . We only ate one evening in the hotel and the food was just OK ,not hot enough again. The bar served coffee and alcohol at very reasonable prices and Ricardo was excellent as were the staff generally . A nice swimming pool but insufficient shades and unfortunately there was no refreshments available ,I thought they missed an opportunity to make a little money . All in all a decent inexpensive place to stay .
