I am very satisfied with the room and it is convenient to travel. Public buses are 100 meters away from the door. The beach is a few minutes walk away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops right outside. The room is clean and hygienic, and the small kitchen allows you to cook your favorite food.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. I stayed as a solo traveller and wanted somewhere I felt safe. Key needed to enter the building after a certain time, so no one else can get in. If you arrive after check in time, they can leave you a key on a key box outside with a code. Close to the beach and supermarkets. Staff very nice and spoke good English. Room was simple but clean and was very cheap. Sometimes there is noise from the park in the night but not too loud. No balcony but the windows are huge and open all the way so it’s like a balcony Would recommend.

Do not book this place is nothing like the pictures it's disgusting should not be allowed to have people staying here we booked with on the beach and had to pay to stay in another hotel in maspalomas this property does not deserve any stars its only got one as it wouldn't let me post
