A perfect hotel, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the check-in time is too late at 2:00 p.m. and if you have an appointment it is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.

Hotel de 4 estrellas con precio correcto. Ubicación perfecta. Se puede ir dando un paseo a la playa, cerca de la estación del Armas (15 min. caminando) y al lado de zona de compras. La zona antigua y Triana queda un poco más lejos (aunque se puede ir caminando aprox. 1 hora o coger la guagua que pasa cada 10 minutos justo al lado del hotel). Aunque está en el centro es un hotel muy silencioso y tranquilo. Personal, muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y estaba muy limpia, exterior; las camas y almohadas, muy, muy cómodas; dan botellas de aguas y café, té... de cortesía. El desayuno es espectacular, tipo buffet, realmente bueno, con jugos naturales, fruta cortada... Repetiremos.

Habitación muy silenciosa y amplia. Las camas muy cómodas y en general todo muy limpio. El agua de cortesía se agradece mucho. Es un hotel de cuatro estrellas a un precio competitivo. No probamos bufete. La recepción con atención correcta.

All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a last min getaway. I liked the room and bathroom size as there was enough space for the two of us to move around and not bump into each other. We had breakfast every day, and it was superb! Good variety of foods. The lady and the guy working in the restaurant between the 9th and 12th of June were absolute legends. I should have written their names down to remember. The location is fantastic as it's close to everything: the city, the beach and the majourbus stopp of Las Palmas where you can take a bus to the south of the island. I did not give a 5* as there were bits and pieces that made me do that. For example, the lamp light was not working, and the shower gel pump was also broken, some coffee marks on the desk, and some stains on the bedsheets (probably how are they industrially washed) But overall, I would probably be likely to check out other properties before booking again.

Suelo ir habitualmente a este hotel, sobretodo por la amabilidad del personal, que es absolutamente excepcional. El lugar es perfecto, justo en el centro a 2 minutos de "El Corte Inglés". Y me he encontrado con la sorpresa de que han reformado las habitaciones y han quedado preciosas y muy cómodas.
