A perfect hotel, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the check-in time is too late at 2:00 p.m. and if you have an appointment it is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.

Hotel muy moderno, cómodo, práctico y súper bien situado, si quieres estar cerca de la playa de Las Canteras y al mismo tiempo al lado de El Corte Inglés. Personal estupendo. El Sr. Ramón, que siempre nos recibe, pues ya hemos ido unas cuantas veces, es un encanto de persona, muy atento con todas nuestras peticiones y un gran profesional, al igual que el resto del personal de la Recepción. Allí me siento de lujo.

Hotel parfait pour un court séjour. Chambre bien insonorisée, la literie et confortable. Très beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner, très varié avec des produits frais. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique Je recommande sans hésitation

If internet is important for you, make sure it's working. During our TEN day stay we were promised by Ramon (front desk manager) it would be fixed but, never was. A router is ALL that was needed... A high speed internet is expected from a FOUR star hotel. All other services were EXCELLENT

The hotel itself is fine, very clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, good breakfast etc, the roof terrace was a let down, only 4 sun loungers and the jacuzzi and sauna weren’t working, the sister hotel Livvo Lumm would be a preferred choice if I was to return however Las Palmas is dire, grotty overcrowded beach with restaurants that have seen better days, dog dirt on the street etc etc the only good thing is the old town, bus 17 takes you straight there just a few yards from the hotel.

Muy recomendable, todo bien, las habitaciones bonitas, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, muy limpio y buenos productos de aseo. El desayuno buenísimo y el personal siempre muy atento. Siempre que tengo que venir por trabajo a Gran Canaria vengo a este Hotel.
