A perfect hotel, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the check-in time is too late at 2:00 p.m. and if you have an appointment it is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.

Grata sorpresa al ver lo tranquilas que son las habitaciones pese a estar en una zona céntrica con carretera muy transitada. Personal espectacular, muy profesionales y amables. El desayuno muy rico, no te pierdas el Lemon pie. Gracias a todo el equipo de Livvo Fataga por el trato que nos han dado.

The service was exceptional. On our check out the transfer to the airport never came. Priscilla was wonderful. She contacted our hire pick up to be told that they hadn’t arranged a driver to pick us up. She told us this and then went outside and got us a taxi straight away meaning that we got to the airport on time for our flight. Thanks so much. Breakfast was fabulous with a great choice of food. Staff were very helpful; polite and sociable. Their concerns were for the residents ensuring all our needs/wants were satisfied. The rooms were spacious; clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. AMAZING x

Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones en este hotel. Siempre ha estado muy bien pero esta última vez que íbamos 3 adultos y un bebé nos tocó una habitación sin puerta para entrar al baño (lo que implica mucha falta de privacidad ya que entre la habitación y la puerta para salir, está el baño por lo que si te querías duchar tenías que decirles a los demás que no se movieran de la habitación ni fueran a salir ya que te verían completamente en la ducha). Además de eso y teniendo en cuenta el precio por noche y la calidad que se presupone de un hotel de 4 estrellas, la tercera “cama” para el tercer adulto era un sofá cama, con medio sofá hundido considerablemente. Se le comentó al recepcionista de ese momento y nos dijo que con la cama supletoria estaría incluso peor. El resultado fue una noche entera sin dormir de la incomodidad. Al día siguiente se volvió a comentar la situación con otro recepcionista que rápidamente se disculpó y mandó a poner una cama supletoria que, sin duda, nada tenía que ver con el sofá cama.
