Fantastic staff, amazing service… very clean! The pool area is lovely, the food is so delicious and the staff truly are there to deal with all your needs. My only negative would be the rooms are very bland and basic. Although the decor is calming, it is stripped back. Water ideally should be put in room every day too.

Hotel excelente en todos los aspectos: ubicación, personal, limpieza, restaurante, habitación, silencioso ... Recomendamos reservar con desayuno. Nosotros además cenamos 3 noches (buffet) pues tienen una promoción muy buena.

We were a family of 4 with 3 rooms with sea view balconies. We loved the location, the ambience, the breakfasts, the bars (they make great pre-dinner cocktails!) and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. We didn’t eat there for dinner as there are so many bars and restaurants nearby. The only negatives were the bathrooms were a little tired looking (although very clean) and the pool (again very clean) needed attention. It was just bland and not particularly inviting. Maybe some plants for interest, new sun lounger cushions and foot stools for the chairs? But the staff were the highlight of the week. They were all so friendly no matter what their role was and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Julian too for gathering information on buses, taxis and riding stables and delivering them to our room and then liaising with the owners to enable our daughter to go horse riding. The day went like clockwork! We had such a great week so thank you Hotel Cristina!
