Check in was very easy and quick. We had an issues with our toilet right away as jt did not flush. Maintenance workers were quick to reply and arrived at the room. However the toilet needed a replacement part and needed authorization from the owner to replace. So we had no working toilet. Because I booked through trip.com the hotel said there was nothing they could do as far as moving rooms. So we were stuck in a room without a working toilet! I contacted trip.com immediately and was back and forth on the phone with them from checkin at 3:00 pm -my last verbal call at 11:00pm that night I was informed there would be a resolution by the next morning at 11:00am…….I have now stayed the 2 nights and checked out and still have not received a call back. We had to go to the lobby and use the restroom for our entire stay. Extremely disappointed with this experience and visit. Please be aware if you are booking any type of “private owner” type of room ie: timeshare, suites, studio

Was given the incorrect room then was not accommodated properly. The key cards didn’t work even when I kept them away from electronic devices. Front desk clerk mentioned charging me for extra cards when it’s out of my control. Room was not what we were looking for.

The hotel itself is very nice but our room was dirty and the drains reeked like sewer.

The stay was amazing overall. The only complaint or observation was that the room is becoming old: some light fixtures didn’t work & the bathroom smelled musty. Service was great & our stay was peaceful & enjoyable.

Normally the Palms Place is my go to stay when on my business trips. This time I was very disappointed. There was duct tape on the floor, the bath tub had a foul smell. Refrigerator was barely working and the is maker would start to fill melt and then freeze into a sold block of ice. I stay here because my trip last a total of 8 days and I enjoy being able to make my own food while there. Damaged monitor was left in the suite, the television speakers didn’t work properly. In addition to several lamps.the room was
Dirty. When I called down to report I was told I would need to be on the room for maintenance to make any repairs. I explained that I was on a business trip and could not wait around for someone. I asked to be moved and was told there were no rooms available at the time. As most places were sold out or to far from my convention, I had to opt to stay in this very sad room.

The Suite was beautiful and private.
The walls and mirrors/windows could have used a good cleaning. Fingerprints and tape left over that did not belong to us.
Overall, great place to stay. Would consider it again.
