The hotel has no restaurant or bar - and no facilities on site for breakfast, which was a BIG disappointment, especially given the lack of them in the local area. The nearest place to eat and drink is the restaurant/café next door, but they were closed on the day we arrived (a Sunday) and not open until Monday morning for breakfast. Nonetheless, the room was very good: clean and large, with the most comfortable bed ever! Ok, there was no aircon, but the fan did a good job. And the price was right.

Prima doorreis hotel. Grote kamers, kleine badkamer maar fijne douche. We hebben geen ontbijt en diner gehad in het restaurant. Om de hoek prima busverbinding naar San Sebastian (30 min). Parkeerplaats voor de deur. In de buurt zelf niks te beleven maar wel n supermarkt en tankstation om de hoek. Grote fijne bedden.

This hotel feels like it used to cater to business travelers. But it’s seen better days. Huge lobby, and conference area like it’s waiting for a convention to show up. But the rooms have the tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen, and no AC 😞. Also across the street from a vacant business park. not unsafe, but not a pretty neighborhood. All that being said, it came at a great price, so good for one night.

Nos encontramos un hotel de dos * sencillo pero muy agradable. La habitación es muy cómoda con un armario muy grande. No hay nevera y eche en falta un secador. El servicio de limpieza es muy bueno y las instalaciones están muy limpias, cosa que es importante. La recepción está reformada y es muy luminosa. El personal que está 24 h. es muy amable. Para desayunar, comer o cenar tienes que salir fuera del hotel pero la ceferteria está pegada al mismo. La ubicación del hotel está fenomenal

El hotel tiene varias cosas que mejorar: las habitaciones necesitan modernizarse, cambio de colchón, insonorización (se oye a tus vecinos de al lado como si estuviesen en tu habitación). No tiene secador de pelo, baño y TV pequeñas. Además si tienes una habitación de interior las mini ventanas tendrían que tener unas cortinas opacas para evitar que entrase la luz. No dispone de aire acondicionado (hay un ventilador). Como pros cuenta con parking gratis y hay aparcamiento por la zona. Personal agradable. Habitación limpia.

We had a great time here. The host was very friendly and supportive. Our room was new and clean with such beautiful view of the mountain. Large bed with soft and comfortable mattress. Their blankets are cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold, even very slight. I was really surprised by that. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a gentle fragrance. We have breakfast and dinner in service, too. The host is actually a good chef.

Lo que más nos gustó fue que las habitaciones eran amplias y tenían una buena distribución, así como la distancia del hotel tanto al pueblo (Lasarte) como al resto de pueblos del País Vasco, ubicación excepcional. Sin embargo, se trata de un hotel muy poco accesible para personas con algún tipo de dificultad o movilidad reducida, la entrada es todo escaleras, ni una sola rampa o ascensor. Hay muy poca luz en el baño y el acceso a la habitación es mediante llave tradicional (exageradamente grande). Pedimos en recepción el primer día que no entraran a realizar la habitación hasta nuestra salida debido a una alergia y no se tuvo en cuenta, fue necesario volver a repetírselo para que sí lo cumplieran. A recalcar la inexistencia de neverita o minibar en la habitación así como de aire acondicionado, es un ventilador pobre y escaso para la temporada de verano.

Not much of a choice in this town and we stopped over to get to tolosa (on hindsight, we should have stayed in tolosa, which is lovely and historic). I am also writing this while staying in a pigeon hole of a hotel room in barc, so txaratel will be amazing. Location wise, is connected as it has a bus stop 50m away to get to san Sebastian or tolosa. The natural beauty is great apart from the whizzing cars. Hotel wise, room is basic - clean, white and no frills. No telephone in the room to call reception. No hair dryer, no electric kettle. We needed to ask for a kettle but the reception refused. Breakfast is through the café at the hotel which you need to pay. This place could do better with a little more amenities. There was quite a.number of guests while we were there. Good for a stopover or 2 nights.

El peor hotel en el que me he alojado en la vida , comida pésima aparte de cara , las habitaciones son una autentica basura y aún por encima en la recepción me han levantado la mano por entrar con un compañero que venía en mal estado . En resumen , cualquier persona que venga a alojarse en este hotel , puede ahorrarse el dinero y dormir en la calle que va a estar mejor
