Excellent restaurant dans un endroit calme et bucolique. Nous y sommes allés un dimanche midi à l'improviste et avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Plats traditionnels très bons avec un rapport qualité-quantité et prix assez exceptionnel.

Had lunch after an excursion. The friendly landlady offered us lentil soup with spaetzle and wiener sausages, which was not on the menu, and we were shocked when we paid!!! 19.90 euros per plate for lentil soup!!! We recommend telling the guest the price of a dish beforehand. We would have chosen a soup at a reasonable price... Unfortunately, the dish was not priced on the menu or on a board...

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. It is easy to find with lots of free parking. We were able to park our motorcycles in the garage on the 1st night. The staff are excellent and speak very good English, we got on very well with Dragos as we remembered him from our previous visit. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Food in the restaurant is excellent and there is lot of choice including some regional specialities.

We were here for lunch. The large dining room is very loud. We ordered apple and crackling lard with bread and radishes as a starter. It was poorly served, the bread was dry. For the main course we had roast venison with spaetzle, and also pickled cabbage with wide noodles. The whole dish came on one plate, the salad decorations sank in the sauce. The roast venison was unfortunately tough, the spaetzle homemade? The portions are huge, the prices reasonable. Perhaps that explains the success.

Top gastronomy! Very nicely located restaurant. Service was very courteous. The food was plentiful and very tasty. You feel welcome here. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is also an outdoor dining area.

Nice restaurant with friendly service. There were seven of us on a motorcycle tour and we sat outside... everything was nicely prepared. The food was good, but not very good. But we would definitely go back. There is enough parking...

We, as repeat offenders, were once again very happy to be able to visit the wonderful, traditionally run house, which has been family-owned for generations, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the room, to the view, from breakfast to dinner…. And of course the snow. We'll be back
