I solo traveled to Japan for a month and stayed in this hostel for 2 weeks. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! I've seen some comments about there being only one bathroom for the whole dorm, but I went in June (not so many people, I guess?) and never had any issues. The location is really good, and using Google Maps makes it easy to find your way. It even recommends the best route depending on where you want to go! A few things to keep in mind: there's only a microwave and a fridge, so cooking isn't possible. However, there is water, and you can get hot water for instant meals. Special thanks to one of the staff members, Kotoha. She was amazing, we had great conversations, and she recommended places to visit, where to eat, and snacks to take home! If I ever had the chance again I will be definitely going back, ty!

Clean & cool vibe hostel. But the female receptionist was not friendly, her face kept frowning. Don't be a receptionist if you can't be friendly. Unlike the male receptionists, they are much friendlier. As for amenities, you can't get anything here, you have to buy everything and you can't use cash, you have to swipe a debit or credit card or use electronic money. Washing machine costs 300 yen, dryer 100 yen for 30 minutes. Be careful, there is a dryer that is damaged but not marked. I dried it twice, which means I put in a 200 yen coin, my clothes were still damp. Finally tried moving to another dryer, paid another 100 yen, then the clothes were dry. Oh yes, you also have to bring your own detergent, if you buy it at the hostel it costs 50 yen. Near the hostel there is also a coin laundry kiosk. There is a microwave, water heater, free drinking water is also provided. From the station it is also quite good, around 450 meters. After checking out, you can leave your suitcase, but you will be charged 200 yen per suitcase. And the limit is only until 23 pm according to the receptionist's working hours every day, 8 am - 23 pm

Hotel is 25 mins waking from Shinjuku train station, you can walk around Shinjuku area after AirPort Express. I was living in a new building, capsule are good and modern. Hostel provides free towels, teeth brushes, slippers. Huge shower room with 3/4 showers.

Abit secluded but quite and peaceful neighbourhood. Service is great and mostly guests are backpackers

I stayed for 5 days and it was ok. The location is great and if you prefer more quietness, I'd recommend staying in this area of Tokyo. I spent a lot of time in the Asakusa area which is about 20 mins walk away (or one station away). The hostel has a small open space area to chill / do some work / have a meal / or to socialise. They have laundry facilities at an additional cost (but you can't put too many things in at once and the dryer takes time to dry things). I stayed in the mixed dorm room because women's only was sold out, and honestly I don't think I'd stay in it again because the room had stunk so bad and there was only one shower and 2 toilets. Someone in the room kept fiddling with my suitcase lock as well which was weird. Overall, it was ok and it was cheap for Tokyo.

Though it’s hostel it still offer a very comfortable room for traveler .The hostel is very clean and the reception are very nice and patient.It’s quite close to the subway and it’s very convenient for going around.Love it and it would be my first choice next time I visit JP

The staff was polite and helpful. The hostel was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It’s within walking distance from train station.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the location was good. The bed was a bit thin and less airflowed inside the capsule, but for me it was okay.

The hostel was very very clean. We book for a private double room, they got two shared bathrooms and 3 toilets on our floor, and it’s walking distance to nearby stations. It took around 10-12 min walking. But the problem was they don’t do late check in, last checking in is 23:00, sadly we arrived at 2:00am, so decided to stay at the airport till morning. I knew it stated on their term and conditions, but i also checked on different site says i have to just pay another 1000yen for late check in. But that’s not the case anymore since they don’t have more stuff. Other than that the hostel was great and worth the money value. The stuffs are friendly and they speak good English.

They treated me very well. There was no disturbing noise during sleeping time. I like the place.
