This restaurant is a terrible place! Beautiful look, but you can’t take food there! We came and ordered a dish of the day from the chief. It was a terrible sight! This was called "Tartar from shrimp with stracciatella". It was a sluggish piece of watermelon + several raw shrimp on top. There was a white brine from cheese from above, but not cheese. It cost 20 euros. We waited our hot dishes for one hour. There were only us in the restaurant. An hour later, my daughter received a plate with raw pasta and rotten vongole. We returned this dish back. I received a dish called "Fish from the lake", for 20 euros. These were pieces of dried fish + plastic green decoration. This is a shame! + Coperta 3 euros per person! This restaurant is a vivid example of greed, impudence and incompetence. Very unpleasant! Do not repeat our mistake!

Ristorante Funivia Laveno-Monte Sasso del Ferro Abbinare la meraviglia del posto e un panorama da brividi, con l’incredibile incapacità di gestire un ristorante da parte della proprietà, è una cosa inammissibile. Come è indecente cercare di gestire un numero eccessivo di “coperti” con poco personale improvvisato e non organizzato. Abbiamo avuto una esperienza da dimenticare domenica 5 marzo 2023. In sette amici ci siamo seduti ad un tavolo a noi destinato ed abbiamo atteso 1 ora e 40’ per poter consumare le pietanze. Abbiamo pagato 175 € per 7 primi (discreti), 4 bottiglie di acqua, 6 birre e 1 coca cola. (25 € a testa) Ciò nonostante, tuttavia, un plauso va certamente dedicato al gentilissimo personale, davvero spremuto all’estremo dalla proprietà del Ristorante.

Siamo stati ai primi di giugno con amici Posto bellissimo. Vista tra le più belle che abbia mai visto. Ristorante ottimo. Personale gentile. Ci tornerò più volte. Appena sarò in zona Porterò altri amici e i miei figli. Alessandra M

Sono stata oggi con la mia famiglia. Il percorso in funivia è spettacolare. Il panorama è bellissimo. Abbiamo pranzato al bar...non fatelo! Un panino con 2, e dico 2, fettine invisibili di salame... 7 euro. Peccato. Scendendo ci sono moltissimi posti dove pranzare.

ero stata in ristorante x un pranzo con amiche 3 anni fa... ottimo servizio e piatti ottimi. memore di quella esperienza ho voluto tornaci con familiari: sono stata delusa. servizio dispersivo e disorganizzato, piatti (non economici) troppo saporiti e con tempi lunghi d'attesa (45minuti, arrivati dopo aver sollecitato...). soprattutto considerando che era un sabato e il ristorante non era completo. eviterò x futuro il ristorante, se capitasse di tornarci.
