A very bad stay. We booked a king-size bed room. When we checked in, we were given a queen-size single bed room. We were not informed. When we were about to rest at around 10pm, we contacted the hotel and were told that this was the only room available. Room, the attitude of the staff on duty was very bad. I contacted the store manager but ignored him. The next day he was still very tough and refused to agree to any compensation. If they were Americans, they would never dare to have this attitude. Ctrip is not tough enough.

The hotel room is quite big, a queen bed and a sofa bed are enough, desk, small dining table, induction cooker, microwave refrigerator and dishwasher are also readily available. Overall good There is a supermarket next to the hotel, with a complete range, so it is very convenient

We liked the two-bedroom set-up with a small living room/dining/kitchen area in the middle, but the whole place needs a refresh. The carpet looked dirty, and the chairs were all stained/scribbled on with bits of food missed by housekeeping. Our shower had a crack on the wall, and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice.

I am a traveling nurse working at a local hospital and thought I would give this place a try. My first impression was that it was a very nice place to stay. The front desk person was friendly, polite and informative. There were some complimentary cookies in the lobby but they were burnt and inedible! My suite was spacious and clean. I tried using the bathroom sink but the plunger was stuck down and it wouldn't drain no matter what I tried. The next morning I spoke to the front desk woman about the stuck drain and she behaved as if I were a simpleton that didn't know how to open a sink drain. I informed her that I had tried everything to fix it and it wouldn't open and to please see about fixing it while I was working. When I returned back to my room after work the bathroom sink was now working fine, but nobody had come to clean or replenish my coffee maker items. Is this too much to ask for in a $200/night room. The following morning I had no creamers or sugar to be able to make my coffee. I thought well I'll just go down to the breakfast area and get coffee there, but much to my dismay the breakfast area doesn't open until 7am on Saturdays! I couldn't even get coffee! Unfortunately, I have to be at work at 7am! As a residence Inn located less than a mile from a large Medical Center that accommodates traveling medical workers, you would think they would know that workers need to be able to get breakfast early no matter what day of the week it is. When I expressed my unhappiness about it to the same front desk woman, she simply shrugged. Perhaps the manager of this hospitality establishment should teach the employees how to be more hospitable! I will definitely be looking at other options for staying in the area while I'm working there.

This is a new version of a Residence Inn. Comfortable bed and pillows. Standard Residence Inn bathrooms. Very clean hotel. Great service across all personnel we interacted with from front desk to breakfast ladies to housekeeping. Room cleaning is every other day unless you request, so if you need more in-room coffee, ask the front desk. Breakfast is the standard Residence Inn fare and there is plenty of seating in separate areas. Totally quiet on a top (3rd floor) floor room and no road noise. Next to the hotel is a grocery store, excellent wine selection NH State liquor store and a really good restaurant. Lots of free parking with large spaces. Very good set of fitness equipment in the fitness room.
Response from Property: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and our hotel!

Stayed two nights here, generally visiting the Woodstock VT area and not wanting to pay Woodstock fall prices. The 5 stars is for what you expect from a hotel like this. Clean, updated comfortable and helpful employees. The servers at the breakfast were helpful and nice.
Response from Property: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! Hope to see you again in the future.

I have stayed here a few times before in addition to the nearby Courtyard. I think that these places are a bit pricey for what you get. Location is great! Near the DHMC campus as well as downtown Hanover and Dartmouth College. Also located next to a small ***** mall with a nice coop grocery store. However, I found this place to be dreary and dated. The room was OK with the typical Residence Inn layout. Despite some new furniture, there was a chair that was worn, tattered and ready for the dumpster. They have eliminated the small gas fireplaces. Honestly, not a bad thing as they were not a heat source but another pathetic decor. Kitchen was well stocked and looked good. Bathroom had the standard amenities but found it could have used a good cleaning. Breakfast was OK…the usual RI fare…just wish the could have more healthier options. Staff are solid and work hard to please the customer. There was a snowstorm the night of the stay. It would have been nice to find the parking lot plowed. Got up to slippin and a slidin all over the parking lot. Note: the mall next door was already plowed out.
Response from Property: Hello fjon, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and thank you for mentioning the great team we have here at Residence Inn Hanover Lebanon. We are always looking to improve and will take all of your comments into consideration in doing so. Thanks again and please don't hesitate to contact me directly if I may be of assistance. One of the nicest Residence Inns I’ve stayed in. Hotel looks brand new. Spacious room with all the expected Residence Inn amenities: great bed, full-size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, big sectional couch, three additional chairs, small dining table, big desk, and a brand new 55” TV (the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel). The free breakfast was superb with many choices (I had a delicious bacon, scrambled egg, and gouda cheese breakfast sandwich on a fresh and flaky croissant). Whole hotel is spotless, staff is friendly, an excellent value for the money. Is also basically the closest hotel to the main Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in case you are visiting someone in the hospital. Would totally stay here again.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had a full bathroom and even though the description of the suite said there was a queen-size bed in each room it turned out that one bedroom had a king, which was even better! The hotel was clean. We were on the first floor and could hear people walking ( or stomping!) upstairs for a while so I would recommend asking for a top floor room. Mason at the front desk was very friendly at check-in. Breakfast was decent. We also used the exercise room which was large and clean.

This is an older Residence Inn, but still in nice condition. As far as a "value" though it is not worth a $350 per night hotel. Breakfast was good and it was a nice quiet stay. We found the folks working the desk were efficient if not especially friendly. I would say nothing more than OK.

I've been coming to this specific location from last July 2022. I've stayed many times. Initially things were just re-starting from Covid. The breakfast buffet had everything wrapped; however, as with all RI, they had waffles every day and a nice selection of hot food along with cold. The only thing that continues to lack is the fruit selection. What I like best: The front desk folks have been generally friendly and helpful. With the exception of our last trip where we were given a room near an exit on the first floor, they have always been able to accommodate my request for a higher floor. On our trips in 2022, the front desk person would get me green tea from the back when they ran out. Breakfast: The breakfast selection on this last trip did not have waffles available every day. They continue to have a good selection of hot and cold foods and there are not enough fruits. (Compared to RI in other locations, this breakfast is just ok. There could be more.) Room: Room was clean and you are able to request cleaning ahead of time. The room is supplied with kitchen necessities (cleaner for the dishwasher, dish liquid and cloths). You can also request when you need more or anything. You need to ask if you want shower caps. Location: You need a car. If you're attending events in Hanover, then it takes a few minutes and there are police monitoring all the way up. There is a co-op and a small restaurant within walking distance. Both are good. The price for the room is really reasonable, especially for the area and the ability to have a kitchen. (Note - I stayed in other places in this area and the prices were higher but you might not need a car. You still might want to have a car because most things are quite at a distance. At other places, they charge for parking but they don't at RI.)

Friendly staff but odd room We spent 4 nights here. Mason at front desk was great. Breakfast was clean and always restocked and guy working it was friendly too. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. We were in room 316 and it was dark. Only one window which faced a wall. Avoid that room.
