Das in die jahre gekommene Hotel ist preiswert uns sehr zentral ( direkt am Bahnhof). Alle vom Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Hotel hat es keine Parkplätze aber dehr nahe ein Parkhaus. Eine Velotour ist sehr zu emofehlen

Posizionato di fronte alla stazione, è un hotel di stampo anni novanta. Le camere le ho trovate pulite anche se su alcune non c’è il box doccia bensì la tendina. La colazione è buona è sufficiente ma niente di superlativo. Con un po’ di manutenzione potrebbe essere molto più confortevole

I’m sorry to report that this hotel is not of a standard that most people would accept. I spent one night in a small room overlooking the bins - noisy bottle bins being emptied. The room smelt of smoke despite the ‘no smoking’ sign. No hot water so cold shower - but I learnt later that I should have run the tap for 10 minutes to allow hot water through! (Not very green.) There was a safe in the wardrobe which was sealed shut but could have been picked up and carried out! I had to ask for help to get the a/c going. The decor is brown and scruffy - very dated and desperately needs modernising. Next morning I requested a different room. They ‘upgraded’ me and the second room was bigger, overlooking the road/piazza with a shower that had hot water. Decor better but still needs sprucing up. The a/c didn’t work at all despite efforts from hotel staff. The mini-fridge had a light but was not cold so my milk went off. There is no social area in the hotel apart from the breakfast room. The photo of the lounge is of a chair pushed up against the reception desk. Breakfast was unimaginative. I took my own fruit. It wasn’t value for money. Good point: location right by railway station and an easy walk to the lakeside, restaurants and shops. The guy on reception tried to be helpful.

Mi serviva una camera solo per la notte, ho prenotato questo hotel perché vicino alla stazione, al mio arrivo mi fanno pagare in anticipo, cosa che non mi avevano detto prima, quindi in camera mi ritrovo una stanza con poco spazio per muovermi e un bagno piccolissimo con la doccia piccola, il regolatore dell' acqua fisso in alto, senza una cuffia per i capelli tanto che al momento di utilizzare il pronto questo funzionavano venti secondi e poi si spegneva. Avendo fatto la doccia al mattino, purtroppo per il poco tempo a disposizione ho fatto colazione con i capelli bagnati, colazione peraltro poco provvista, un caffè della peggior specie , ritornata in camera ho riprovato il phon e per il tempo che mi restava ho asciugato un po' i capelli ma si bloccava e quindi sono uscita CON I CAPELLI MOLTO UMIDI in una stagione in quei giorni fredda !! Personale gentile, ma io lo sconsiglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionatissimo!!

Very nice hotel so close to train station , so clean for 3 star hotel , 1 minute for city center and 3 minute to Carrefour , down street a lot of cafes and restaurant and shops in room good air condition and fridge and ok TV staff so nice and smile , ask house kipping to change towel daily and they will do , I enjoyed sating their 5 days , the reception guy ALDO his so helpful he showed us best places to visit on map and a head lines what activity and best restaurant in city I liked him so much . sure will return back as we full in love with Italian weather and atmosphere and food the City its so nice and lake are are amazing and by train you can visit sure Bergamo and Milan and Varenna and by ferry Bellagio and Varenna and Como by bus cons so noise at night if your room in street side Definitely recommended

Bella posizione ma poco altro. Camera piuttosto fatiscente, frigo rotto, nessuna mensola in bagno, lavandino che perdeva, tende sporche e difficili da aprire. Anche la colazione mediocre. Decisamente troppo costoso per quel che offre. È bastata una notte a mio suocero per decidere di scegliere altro.

Complimenti per la scelta del nome! Ci vuole un bel coraggio a nominare questo posto "moderno"! Misero e sporco con la ragazza al bar della colazione che vi accoglie con lo sguardo di chi si è alzato solo per farvi un favore. Unica nota positiva è il ragazzo alla reception,che è gentile ed educato. Del resto dormite in macchina che è meglio!

Hotel jest położony w doskonałej lokalizacji tuz obok dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych. Zaledwie 5 minut spacerkiem I jestesmy nad jeziorem. W hotelu bardzo dobrze działa Wi-Fi Smaczne śniadania oczywiście w większości włoskie czyli na słodko. Pyszna kawa na śniadanie. Suszarka w łazience działała bardzo dobrze mozna tez poprosić o żelazko. Klimatyzacja działa prawidłowo. Przed zameldowaniem można było zostawić bagaże. Czajnik był z jedną torebką herbaty bez cukru ....... przez 4 dni nic nie zostało uzupelnione. Filiżanki do kawy byly wlozone do lodówki...... ? Ale to juz tak na marginesie. Podsumowując hotel uważam za dobry na 3-4 noclegi dla osób niewymagający
