Our stay was exceptional!
The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable❤️

room is a bit small, swimming pool was not clean

酒店較偏，附近沒有商店餐廳，打車衹能找前台小姐姐，服務還是很熱情的，房間蠻小的

The hotel is relatively biased, there are no shops and restaurants nearby, you can only find the lady at the front desk when you take a taxi. The service is still very warm, and the room is quite small

Room and amenities a bit old. But it was still comfy and their clientele service was nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the buffet breakfast and the pool. I always want to start my day with a healthy breakfast. The pool was convenient for my son and son's friends to swim and bond. 

Terrible customer service and unreliable, not trustworthy company  I book this hotel amongst others because of the promised free airport transportation but to my dismay, they denied me of this service and asks me to pay a fee.   Emailed them but only directed with to call the travel agent as claiming that they do not have airport transfer.

為慶祝結婚一周年，我在這裏訂了間套房，住了一晚。房間相當小，至少作為套房來說是這樣的。我老公贊他們的床鋪很舒服。自助早餐很簡單，但是也還合胃口。酒店服務人員很友好。酒店的門臉很上檔次。一切都很好，除了不知從哪兒突然冒出來的蟑螂成蟲，它們順着牆爬到天花板上，然後鑽進了上面的一個隔板里。

To celebrate my first wedding anniversary, I booked a suite here for one night. The room was quite small, at least for a suite. My husband praised their beds for being so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very simple, but still appetizing. The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel's appearance is very classy. Everything was fine, except for the adult cockroaches that appeared out of nowhere and crawled down the wall to the ceiling and into one of the partitions above.

The hotel was a bit dumbfounded for the first time. The picture was tall and the actual was not so good, even the elevator did not. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, the same is true for hotels. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. The restaurant has waiters during the day, can see customers chat, drink tea and coffee. It is not recommended to eat cakes, because after three days, I found that the cakes on the first day were not sold out, and there was no new one. I was glad that I didn’t eat them on the first day.

There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The beverage boxes in the 7&11 store next to it are all gray, and some are coming to the shelf life. Pay attention when you buy it.

One of the better hotels in Legazpi - upmarket, comfortable and good value.  Room was large, clean and good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom good.  Restaurant breakfast was good, all as expected.  Dinner buffet great and live music too - I love that touch.  Pool is good but a bit of a walk up the road.  Staff friendly and efficient.  Dogs barking in the morning close by a bit of a negative.
