4 star hotel, really? I have booked this hotel as we were hoping to have a nice relaxing stay with our kids, instead we spent 5 days having lots of different issues everyday. Straight after arrival we were told that the main attraction for the kids (kiddos room and bowling) are closed. In the room we have found cleaning chemicals and massive spiders coming down from the curtain. Also the smell in the room was very unpleasant. On the 3rd day they placed the couple with the dog just beside our room and the dog was barking until nearly midnight and when I complained in the reception I was told, sorry but we can’t do anything. Over the wkd hotel was quite busy but the hotel only placed few members of staff into the restaurant so we were waiting in the queue for nearly 30 min to start the breakfast and another 30 to get pancake! Corona-19 safety precautions- some joke as people were squeezed in one room with no distance what so ever! As we were very annoyed and upset with all this issues we asked at the reception to talk to the manager and I was extremely shocked when very unfriendly and arrogant Mrs Silwia... play around whole day lying to my face that she passed my phone to the manager and he will contact me soon - he never did as she never tell him that I want to contact him! Finally throughout the end I was able to speak to one of the senior staff and she was very friendly and offer small compensation for all this issues. Unfortunately the whole stay was one big disappointment. I was staying in so many hotels so far, but this was absolutely shocking. I have talked to the other couple who was visiting the hotel while ago and they told us they were shocked as well how they change throughout the time. Pity as we were hoping to have a great family stay, instead we got only 5 days of constant unpleasant situations!!!!
Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa

The hotel is located on a lake and has its own access down to the lake. The lake and the hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. Inside the hotel things are well maintained and there are lots of facilities such as a spa, bowling alley and disco. There are also some nice seatings areas outside. The hotel has other outdoor activities such as bikes, pedalos on the lake, and a high ropes course, but these are an extra cost and some were closed when we were there. The bedroom I stayed in was also very well maintained. It had two single beds (we saw a lot of people appeared to be sharing rooms with colleagues so I assume this is why the bedrooms are two singles). The bed was soft but overall comfortable. The bedroom was overall fairly well lit! There was an electricity point by ear bed and two under the desk. The bathroom was spacious however the shower had a rain head (light pressure) or a handheld shower head. Not ideal for washing your hair as there wasn’t enough power. I don’t hear anyone staying near me, corridors were quiet and I didn’t hear anything through the walls either. Food was average at best. Breakfast was varied. The chef did fried eggs or omelettes on request but this is only available on certain days. Lots of fresh fruit each day also although I did see lots of flies near the fruit one day, overall also looked very clean. Lunch and dinner via the buffet restaurant was largely the same each day and the hotel doesn’t manage large groups well. One of the days we were there we had been give tables for our group, however the tables ended up being in the middle of the queue for another extremely large group so we were surrounded by people standing behind us as we ate. If you’re here for a few days, definitely plan your meal times away from large groups. Also try the a la carte restaurant as there is more choice or eat a meal or two in Warsaw. Staff were generally polite although many had limited English so if you have a query you may find you need to approach the front desk or bar area.
