It is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. best view and ambience but unfortunately cleanliness is really lacking I hope my criticism can make the Puteri Hotel Hotel even better in the lobby bathroom the smell of urine is strong... in the villa's bathroom there is a cigarette butt, probably a former cleaning room employee, the room smells of damp, the terrace has not been swept, there are used cutlery that have not been taken, tissue, and the grass and plants around the room are poorly maintained

The best outdoor recreation park at Lembang area, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Many best spots for taking photos. There are restaurants serving good food and beverages. There are accommodation facilities such wooden houses and glamping tents.

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types. so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good. overall okay.

I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.
